I've attended several property…
I've attended several property webinars,2 property trainings,this being my 2nd training and i must say that this by far the MOST VALUABLE property event i`ve ever attended. Right from the free webinar,i felt like this was going to be worth my time.As i went through day 1 of the training i thought to myself,"This Where I Want To Be". however,i'm not because i can`t afford it at this time and that`s the ONLY reason i'm giving a 4* rating,not because it is too expensive,but because you`re required to make full payment to be part of the academy,which makes it almost impossible for people with no savings,assets or access to loan to plug in.i thought allowing the option for a payment plan would have been great for someone like me to jump in.
For anyone who can afford the initial cost of investing in yourself by joining the academy,i'd say it`s going to be well worth it.i believe there`s HUGE POTENTIAL to succeed as long you put in the work.sad that can't be part of this academy,at least for now.it feels like another missed opportunity for me and it's to swallow.

We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding the Academy. One thing we always try to make clear is that there is absolutely no obligation to join. The Academy is discussed in a completely separate session because some people ask what ongoing support is available after the training, while others are happy to take what they've learned and continue independently.
The Academy itself is designed for people who want continued coaching, mentoring, accountability, monthly strategy sessions, one-to-one support, networking, and access to experienced coaches who can help them avoid costly mistakes and move forward faster.
With regards to the event offer, we completely understand your point. The event only discounted pricing is only available during the event and by law, unfortunately, we're not able to extend that afterwards. As a training company, we have to apply the same terms consistently for everyone who attends.
What stood out most from your review, though, was your belief in your own potential. Steve often says that opportunities don't disappear, they simply move to the next stage when we're ready for them. Keep building your knowledge, keep taking action where you can, and don't lose sight of the goals you've set yourself.
