Fantastic mentoring within this Academy!!
Fantastic mentoring within this Academy!! Just had a great 1:1 mentoring session with Richard Leonard. All the Academy coaches are highly knowledgeable and experienced in their respective specialisms. They give great advice and follow up with next steps in both further learning and importantly actions to take. They are all very supportive, they push you to strive for your goals. A great Academy indeed.

Hi Ali,
Really great to read this, especially hearing how much you got from the mentoring side of things.
Those 1:1 sessions are such an important part of the academy, having the space to properly talk things through, look at your situation in detail, and leave with clear next steps and actions to focus on.
Richard will really appreciate the mention as well. One thing the coaches all aim to do is not just give advice, but help keep people accountable and moving forward, which is where a lot of the real progress happens.
Also great to hear you’ve felt supported throughout it all. We’re really proud of the coaching and community environment that’s been built around the academy, and it’s good to know that’s coming across.
Wishing you all the best as you continue pushing towards your goals.
Warm regards,

Knowledgeable & Engaging
Found the two day course so enlightening and so much information to take in. Steve and Helen are so knowledgeable and engaging which made it easy to follow and understand. Both of them are passionate about what they do and this shows in the rapport they have with their former students. I have no hesitation in recommending their 2 day course to anyone thinking of changing their mindset and possibly their life.

There is a lot to take in over the two days, so it’s good to hear it still felt easy to follow and engaging. That balance is something Steve and Helen put a lot of focus on, keeping it clear while bringing real energy into the room.
Also nice to see you picked up on the passion and the connection with past students. That ongoing support and relationship side of things is a big part of what sits behind everything.
Really appreciate you recommending it as well, especially for people looking to shift their mindset and move forward.

Hi Bernice,
Great to read this, especially as it sounds like exactly what you’d been looking for.
Serviced accommodation and R2R can feel a bit unclear until it’s broken down properly, so it’s good to hear the workshop gave you that clarity. Helen has a very straightforward way of explaining things, which makes a big difference when covering those strategies.
Really appreciate the recommendation as well.
Wishing you all the best as you move forward with your property journey.

This was great to read, especially coming from someone who’s known Steve and Helen for a while.
That consistency in advice and support over time is something they really pride themselves on, making sure people feel guided properly as they move through their journey, not just at the start.
And great to hear you feel that way about the two days as well. The aim is always to give people clarity, direction, and the confidence to actually take those next steps.
Wishing you all the best as you continue your property journey.

Hi Jane,
Really nice to read this.
Helen has a great way of keeping things clear and easy to follow while still sharing real, first-hand experience, so it’s good to hear that came across. She also talks openly about her own journey, the obstacles she’s faced and how she’s worked through them, which helps bring everything to life and makes it easier to relate to.
Serviced accommodation can feel quite detailed when you first look at it, so making it understandable and practical is always the aim. It’s also great seeing how that journey has evolved into exploring and enjoying multiple strategies over time.
Wishing you all the best as you move forward with your own property journey.
Appreciate you recommending the webinars as well, that means a lot.

Really good to read this, especially knowing you’ve just come off the back of the two days.
It’s great to hear it felt both informative and inspiring, and that it worked whether someone’s just starting or already has some experience. That balance is something we really focus on.
Also really appreciate you mentioning the values side of things. That’s a big part of what sits behind everything, not just what’s taught, but how it’s delivered and how people are supported along the way.
And great to hear you’ve decided to continue on with the academy as well. That’s where things really start to build over time, with the ongoing coaching, support, and guidance as you move forward.
Excited to see where this takes you.

Hi Eve,
This is great to read.
Coming away with a clear action plan is exactly what we want people to have at the end of the two days. It’s one thing learning it, but being able to go and actually implement it straight away is where it really starts to make a difference.
Like Steve often says, knowledge on its own doesn’t get you very far, it’s what you do with it that counts. As Eric Thomas puts it, “Knowledge is not power. Knowledge applied is power.”
Really glad you found it inspiring as well, that combination of clarity and momentum is a powerful place to be.
Appreciate you taking the time to share this.

Enjoyable and packed with information
I really enjoyed this course. I had already attended a few free courses (including Steve's) and decided to pay for this 2 day course. The presenters were very personable and answered nearly all of the attendees questions (not all due to time). The course is packed with useful information, not a bunch of motivational speeches like others. All in all, I would recommend the course. It's great value for money and I have joined Steve's Property Academy based on this.

Hi Lorraine,
This was really nice to read.
It’s always interesting when someone’s seen the free sessions first and then comes into the two days, so it’s great to hear it felt like the right step up and gave you more to work with.
I like that you mentioned it being packed with useful information rather than just motivation. That’s something we’re very conscious of, making sure people leave with things they can actually use, not just feel good in the moment.
Also glad you found the team easy to approach. We try to keep it open so people can ask whatever they need and get real answers, even if we can’t always get through every single question on the day.
And great to hear you’ve decided to carry on with the academy as well, that’s where things really start to come together over time.
Really appreciate you taking the time to share this.

The best two days training out there!
Just spent the last two days on the most incredible training with Steve, Helen, and the team. As someone who is keen to venture into property, my knowledge was minuscule - I now feel armed with the knowledge and motivation to take the next steps and start a new life in property investment. Without doubt, the best £99 I've ever spent.

Hi Steve,
Love this, you can feel the energy in it.
Going from knowing very little to feeling ready to take the next steps is a big shift, and that’s exactly what those two days are there for. Once things start to make sense, it gives you the confidence to actually move forward with it.
Steve and Helen always aim to not just motivate, but to show what’s actually possible and how to get there, while also holding you accountable, so it’s great to hear that’s come across.
And glad it felt like money well spent as well, that’s always good to hear.

Hi Reward, thank you very much for your kind feedback. We’re really pleased you found the training informative and that the teaching team made a strong impression.
We appreciate your comments regarding the Academy as well. It’s designed as an optional next step for those who would like ongoing structured support as they continue building their property strategy, including access to specialist professionals such as solicitors, tax advisers, finance experts and planning support, alongside coaching and community. Many attendees choose to attend the two-day training purely for education without progressing further.
Thank you again for attending and for taking the time to share your experience. We wish you every success with your next steps in property.

Hearing you describe it as the best course you’ve done says a lot, and it’s even better knowing it’s left you feeling inspired and ready to move forward. That first step into property can feel like a big one, but once you’ve got the right understanding and direction, everything starts to feel a lot more achievable.
