Love the shoes, not the return policy. Cant return shoes in the SM-store. That’s so inconvinient and certainly not healthy for the enviroment. A reason for me not to order online anymore.

it's been a month that I purchased boots on the site, somehow the package has been lost and they still don't pay me back. I'm so disappointed and I want my money back...

Stay away from this store. I really think they are not prepared to deal with customers.

Received the wrong shoes and after all they don’t want give my money back. And yes, the order is on their side since one week. Also they don’t provide any help to customers, they have different rules online and in store. Just a mess this brand. Stay away.

Never received my package. The tracking code said delivered which is NOT the case. After that it got scanned by DHl again and now saying it is on the way again. From there nothing seems to happen with the package. The webshop refuses to take any responsibilty and says I need to contact DHL myself. What kind of weird response is this? YOU are the sender STEVE MADDEN NOT ME! TAKE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AND SOLVE THIS CASE

The straps of the shoe broke after wearing them once

I needed to pay more than 3,95 for return of the item and I am already waiting more than 5 business days for refund just because the size did not fit me. Not customer friendly.

Nice shoes but horrific customer service!

I never received my package!! It was delivered to a store and I didn‘t received the message where because we dont have a steve madden store in my hometown and I only received one message after it has been send back. Very undortunate!!

I bought the shoes one size up as advised on the Steve Madden but when I received them they were at least one size too big and I had to return them at my own expense. I should not have to pay to return an item I picked following YOUR advice. I’m really upset.

Great products, smooth handling

I had to pay 15 Euros for the Return of two products. This was nowhere in the description before I did the purchase.

Wrong size delivered. Contacting support did not help. Return shipment not free of charge... honestly this was the first and the last time I ordered with Steve Madden.

Ordered the shoe in 40: way too small.
Ordered them again in 41: way too big.
Also needed to pay over 10 Euro to send the package back.
Really cant recommend

I would not recommend Buying here if you are not 100% sure about the size or comfort because it cost 13€ for me to send my shoes back. I will not buy anything here again.
