Purchased print from you years ago and they were great. What isn’t great is the fact you’ve had a data breach and some hacker or other has stolen data from you relating to some of your former customers. I get regular spam emails from “you” offering me a Heather McCoo wooden clock at 90% off. These emails are relentless and so many people might believe them to be true.

Until you do something about it, I’d hope that nobody uses your website for purchases as they may well get scammed!

Sort but I have bought a lot of his products so I was so disappointed when my blanket arrived. It’s so thin and it’s certainly not fleece it’s like cheap wadding. Overlocked edges not finished off. Certainly not worth the price.

I bought some Christmas cards.Sadly they weren’t as vibrant colours as I have grown to love so I am disappointed.I worry that the quality of products is going down hill as my purchase before this wasn’t a great fit or gain vibrant colours

Just had my suitcase delivered and it is even nicer than I hoped for. This suitcase looks too nice to hand over to a baggage handler so train journeys only for this one. The artwork is fabulous and well worth waiting for as all items are made to order.

Ordered on the 4:12:23. To be told I will not receive it before 21st Dec. Xmas cards and paper in the order. No good to me as missed the cut off. Customer service very nice but shipping time I am told is because everything is made to order!!! How can cards and wrapping paper not be ready at this time of year!!!

I ordered my item a week ago still not arrived despite being charged £4.95 postage. It was for a friend visiting for the day so really annoyed as it’s not arrived. I’ve tried phoning and no one is answering the phone. Terrible service !!!!

I bought my canvas in the sale. It took a couple of weeks from purchase to delivery. My picture was well packaged and I am very pleased with it!

This is my second latte mug now from Steven Brown - this time I’ve gone festive! I use different coffee cups for different times of the day (don’t ask) and love this one soo much I am now using it twice a day! And that’s massive for me!

I have a number of SBA pieces in my home and never had a problem with the service, so thought I would buy one as a present. This time it has been shocking and I will never buy from them again. I placed an order and on the 10th working day (as it says 7-10 working days) I had no confirmation of dispatch so I contacted them to be told it would in their words and on email "absolutely be dispatched" LIES. I rang the following day to be told it hadnt been but that it would be in the next 24 hours, and that they would refund my postage (£10.99). I got a notification the following day that it had been dispatched and despite being with the courier didnt arrive until 4 days later. Too late for when it was needed, I had to buy an alternative present. Yesterday I had to chase them as I still hadnt had refund of the postage to be LIED to again and told there was an issue with the system - ie the person I spoke to hadnt dealt with it.

Order my Steven Brown art. I needed to know when I would receive it. My email was answered promptly. My canvas art work arrived, well packed and now looks absolutely gorgeous on my wall. I love my Gordon McCoo with his little Bee on his nose. Excellent service thank you.

I have always bought my daughters and granddaughters Pandora jewellery, but my husband bought me the ring for my birthday, which was my first piece. I love it. Thank you.

I think the products are fantastic and the customer service staff amazing, we know have three canvases and 2 mugs with more on the way xx
