Chopping broad peeling already, waste of money. Only lasted a few weeks even though I only ever wiped it with a damp cloth. ordered splash back they sent it to my old address, no option to change address or cancel immediately after the order is placed, emailed 3 minutes after ordering, didn't reply for days and said it's already been posted! Really not happy with the quality of the picture on the glass it's got a canvas look to it which is really quite awfully looking rather than the smooth finish like you get on the cardboard prints! It looks worse the longer you look at it.
I was concerned about ordering when reading the reviews but my Son persuaded me to 'go for it!' So pleased I did...40x40 Kim McZoo canvas has arrived within a week of ordering in perfect condition ☺️
I have bought several canvases and products over the years and others have bought lots for me and I have always been pleased with the quality and service.
However, I received my 6th 30x30 canvas which is noticably different in size to my other canvases. When I measured it, it was half an inch smaller than advertised so looks odd against my others. I have emailed their help desk and got no reply as yet, I have tried ringing but the call just gets disconnected so the customer service is non existent.
I certainly won't be purchasing anymore products as a result of this.
Poor quality goods. The purse is damaged and I wanted to return it as well as other items that are poor quality for the price. I cannot get in touch with customer services at all. No response to emails. Phone calls cut off after a message. Facebook signposts you to email or call!! There is something seriously wrong with this company!! 😐

Terrible Quality canvas! I have bought numerous Steven Brown canvases over the years and always been happy with the quality. I bought another one that arrived today and I was shocked at the poor quality. I've tried to call ( call is dropped after the automated message) email (email bounced back due to email box being full) and tweeted (ignored). I want to return this or I will raise a dispute with my bank. Avoid this company as its clearly gone downhill!!
No response from Steven brown art
Ordered flip flops 2 pairs they arrived but quality was poor so I sent back they have been received as I tracked them.
I also ordered cushions at the same time but realised they were wrong size so cancelled order, no response from them, I called number but after message it cuts off and emails are telling me they have my email. The cushions arrived in a standard thin black back, the bag was torn and cushions visible. I tried to call again and got not response. I sent the cushions back which cost me £13.00 again no response from them. I am £228 out of pocket and am devastated as that is a lot of money they have taken off my credit card, I am going to put a dispute in with my card provider so many people have the same issue, I wished I read reviews first

Ordered a canvas for a birthday present . They sent the wrong one. Phone number on website not in use !
Takes days to answer emails and I explained was fir a present and they had sent the wrong thing . told a replacement will be sent urgently .
3 weeks later no replacement then told they don’t keep stock of anything and all made to order and the correct item will be sent urgently .
After another 10 days , I replied and said to cancel replacement and I will return the incorrect item they sent .
They cancelled the order, so, after 4 weeks hasn’t even sent the item I had originally ordered and incorrectly told me they had sent it !
I’ve spent a few hundred pounds with Steven brown and like the products but won’t be buying anything else .
Shocking customer service !
For months I’ve been receiving e-mails claiming to be Steven Brown Art offering art at 80% off. I’ve called and called but no notice has been taken and they claimed no data leak has happened 🤬. Don’t leave personal info with them
Terrible customer services. Tried to contact them, called the number 26 times… straight to answering machine. Tried to contact them via Facebook, - no reply. Buy elsewhere
Following a complaint which was thankfully resolved I ordered another 2 items. Only one came! The tracking number and dispatch order numbers are the same for both items re 2/2 items.so it's showing as delivered! Luckily my security camera clearly shows only one item being delivered. But it's concerning that so many people are complaining about missing items. I've notified company and hopefully it will be resolved but it's seriously making me consider any future orders!!
Item not delivered, no updates, can't get through on phone, emails have a generic response. Item paid for on 14th February at a cost of £79.99. Thoroughly dissatisfied and saddened by this company. Have filed a case through PayPal. I should have read reviews first.
Customer service is awful . Phone lines cut off . Won’t be long before they are in receivership again . Quality awful like a cheap print . Do not waste your money wish I had read the reviews before . Opened a dispute Witt my credit card and would advise anyone else with issues to do the same .
I won't lie I had a minor panic attack when I read the latter reviews. I ordered 9 days before and saw the Christmas problems as a bad omen for a birthday purchase. How silly I was to be concerned as it came a day early, they accepted a next day redirection and the product was brilliant. Would definitely use again.
Terrible Quality - How did this pass quality control?
After ordering for a Christmas present along with 2 other items (one of which never actually arrived...!) what finally arrived in mid January was literally a terrible quality piece of thin material with the Steven Brown signature printed incorrectly and no fleece at all?! There was very poor communication from the team since before Christmas as I was chasing my order that failed to arrive, and a long email chain to Steven Brown Art customer service where I would rate them as 1 star at best.... I finally had to ask for a refund and never received the correct items.
The meal was absolutely lovely the service was good nothing was to much for any of the staff and Steven came to check every was to our liking thank you this was at the Saint Bar &Kitchen StlAndrew'
In the past I have bought a couple of small items, a blanket for my mum and a calendar. A few weeks ago I bought a 30 x 30 picture. Absolutely superb. Well packaged and whilst not an Amazon delivery timing it was perfectly reasonable. The picture is in my office and I have received many compliments during Teams calls. I’m remodelling our bedroom and ordered 5 more pictures. They arrived yesterday, brilliantly packaged and again in a perfectly reasonable timeframe, I’m talking within 10 days. Let’s face it I really didn’t need them next day. I couldn’t recommend the artwork more or the delivery or timescale. I’m now hooked and am sure I will be ordering again, just don’t tell my husband 😉

Something is very wrong. I have bought from Steven Brown Art in the past, and been pleased. Not now. Quality has gone and trust completely lost.
Ordered beach towels on the 3rd of Jan as a present. Supposed to arrive 13th Jan at the latest. I had heard nothing by the 16th so I chased and was told it was a production delay but they would be sent priority. E-mailed again on 22nd of Jan as they still hadn’t arrived. Did not receive a response. Contacted them again saying I wanted to cancel my order. I’d started to find very worrying reviews so thought I’d be better requesting my money back. No response. A couple of days later i had a message to say my order was to be delivered but delivery was running late.
They finally arrived but are so bad that I cannot give them as a present. Nothing like the towels on their website. Roughly cut with completely unfinished edges that will fray, and whilst the print is lovely and bright the towels have an accidental white border around the outside (like you get around a picture), and this includes writing that looks like it’s the code from a template. To make matters worse the white border is uneven and runs off on two sides. Colour print only on front side of towels. The backs are just white and the material is so thin. Contacted company and sent photographs, and asked for my money back. You really need to see to appreciate how bad they are! No response from the company at time I posted this review.
I have just spent £75 when I include postage costs, and have no present to give. Don’t put yourself in this position.
Update: after more hassle (waiting in all day for a collection that didn’t happen) my faulty goods were collected. On 7th Feb 25 I received a refund.
Ordered 3 items and only received 2 of them, which were delivered separately. Sent e-mails to chase and response time was poor, however they did eventually respond.
Order was placed in December. Delivery date given 3rd to 7th January. Email sent 6th January to chase. One item arrived and then a few days later the other was delivered. Another email sent on 13th January to chase 3rd item but no response so then sent another on 17th. This was answered today with offer to cancel 3rd item, which I have done.
Very disappointed in the service and delivery times. Communication also poor. Products were not as colourful as made to look in the adverts.
Would not recommend and will not be using again.
