Terrible service, booked a skip 2 weeks in advance to be told 2 days before it had to be the next day. Then changed the name of company they used without ringing my husband before they called out. Driver left with skip & we were charged £150 for this! Used batesy skips & the service was 100%

Booked and paid for a skip. Partner booked day off work to be in for the skip and start the work we needed to. This morning, the day the skip is due, I receive and email to say the website quoted me incorrectly and I need to pay more money for a smaller skip. Still willing to do this as we need the skip only to be told, it won't arrive until next week. Not my fault the website was incorrect. So nearly £300 down until refund is processed, no skip, loss of wages and behind on our work. Not good enough.

Cheap to hire but (a) updated instructions on where to put the skip were ignored and (b) the skip was in a terrible condition with big rusted gaps in it. It was really due to be put in a skip itself!

Very obliging and helpful , driver was friendly and nothing too much trouble.

Ordered a skip online and paid. (VAT) was added to the initial order.

Received an email the following morning saying I would need to pay an additional £45+VAT to get it booked in as the website gave me the wrong price.

First and last time ordering from them. Cancelled order and got a refund. Didn't trust them after that.

Terrible service. Ordered a skip online and 7 days later it’s still not been delivered. I have spoke to them multiple times this week and they are telling me they can’t find my order despite them taking my money. I have asked for a refund and they’re still refusing. Avoid at all costs.

Booked skip for today until Monday. Waited for it and it was not delivered. Phoned and they said it was their mistake and could only get me a skip on Monday. I asked whether I would receive a partial refund, they said no, asked if I could have a larger skip for fewer days for same price, they said no.
Unreliable and inflexible !!!
