Arrived on time. The chaps were really kind and polite. Will probably be ordering another skip from them soon!

After ordering our skip online on a Friday for delivery on Mon 8th Sept after confirmation by email we never received our skip. We called the customer help line which didn't even relate to the company. It took allday in Monday to get answers on when we could have our skip. Tuesday arrived and still no skip by 2pm as promised. Try not to book online with this company . Very stressful and no money back for inconvenience.

Booked a skip for delivery Monday. Paid by card. No skip delivered. Called Monday to check what happened and person said she’d check and call me back. Called Tuesday, phone unanswered apart from music on repeat. No call back, no skip and no refund and it’s Friday. Just for fun they then send me an email asking for a trust pilot review. So here is your review. Don’t touch with a barge pole. The previous reviews online are for Stevenson Hire who have been taken over by a different company. The new company clearly debits cards and don5 deliver skips.

Skip delivered on time and placed where requested. Easy to order and pay Online. Good service ,would use again.

Great service, arrived on time. Was a slightly different skip than ordered though it was for the better!! Got one with a door!

Placed order for skip to be delivered Saturday, nothing arrived, phoned Monday to enquire why it had not been dropped off, no confirmed reason, then told it would be Wednesday but the priced had gone up for something I had already paid for. Asked to cancel and they agreed but 5 days to get money back is unacceptable.

Easy to book the skip and delivered on the day required. Collected within a couple of days of phoning up.

My only tip would be, should you need to fill it, early doors, then order it for the day before. Not an issue for me, but it turned up mid morning.

Ordered a skip, giving over a weeks notice, to be delivered on a Saturday. I waited in all day and it didn't turn up. Tried the so called customer helpline and spent over three quarters of an hour on hold before being cut off. As a direct result of this the builders I had in have had to leave tonnes of rubble piled up in the garden for want of a skip.

Driver dropped skip without waiting for answer to door when knocked(under 30sec) , skip was further away than wanted therefor had to hand ball and carry waste, rather that just shovelling it straight in, emailed about it and got no response.
