Very disappointing
I’ve never had a bad experience with Stevenswood until recently, my last job had 4 broken windows out of the 6 that were delivered. Replacement glass took an eternity to come, both plastic panels on the door had scratches. The customer asked if the top panel could be glass if they were to be replaced to be told she’d have to pay for it, even with the poor service she’d received. The window catches on three of the windows don’t align with the internal mechanisms making them very stiff, overall I will never use them again and I’ll be sure to let all my fellow tradesmen know of the poor service!!!!

I live on Skye so was trying to organise a time l could manage through to pick it up and very kindly they said they had a drop off further up the island and would deliver it on there way back to Inverness free of charge.
The glass fits perfectly into the door panels and looks great
I am very happy
