Friendly, fast, realistic prices
I've used them several times for large and small projects and always been impressed with how friendly, helpful and easy it is to deal with them. They are also fast with orders, help work to my deadlines with flexible delivery, and are not ridiculously expensive like some of the other, more well known window and door companies around.

The branch staff are all helpful
The branch staff are all helpful, friendly and very knowledgable about their products and will nearly always offer advice, especially if there is any doubt about the order or what’s to be included or not, Gordon and Lynne especially go out of their way to make sure that you get the products that you need and they cover aspects that as a fitter you sometimes forget. Pricing is very good bearing in mind they are not order takers, but actually helpful in the process from start to finish, Topped off by a great delivery service from Werner who is the face the customer often sees when he delivers and is great to have banter with as well as being helpful and delivering undamaged products
