I moved to Steve from another instructor who made me hate driving, and Steve helped me build up that confidence again and I passed with 2 minors, and love driving! He is a very patient and understanding instructor and lessons with Steve are fun as well as really helpful. I couldn’t recommend Steve enough!

Steve was an amazing instructor - patient, professional and thoughtful at all times. I passed after 14 months (inc a break) with 2 minors. As a mum it was important for me to learn to be a safe and conscientious driver (not just cramming to pass), and I can’t thank Steve enough.

Steve was the best instructor i’ve ever had, he always made sure i felt at ease within my lessons and if it wasn’t for Steve i wouldn’t have passed my driving test with flying colours!! Highly recommended!!

I would recommend Steve without hesitation. I was very nervous and anxious about learning to drive but Steve was very patient and great at explaining things, he has the ability to adapt his teaching style to each pupil which works incredibly well. I have just passed my test and its the best feeling ever.

I am 17 years old and just passed with Steve first time after previously being messed around by a few instructors, due to this i was skeptical it would happen again, but Steve after the first lesson assured me i would pass soon, we focused on what i needed to fix and got straight to the point. He always calmed me down and never shouted if i did something wrong and genuinely wanted me to pass. He is a caring, genuine man and i wish him all the best. If you are a nervous driver or have been messed around or even starting out Steve is the man. Thankyou so much Steve.

Words fail me Steve but all I can say is you are a great instructor. The techniques you use are simple and easy to grasp. Above all you have a very good attitude, very honest and reassuring at the same time.When its good its good but when not done well you say it and do remedial work and it always comes out well.Thank you Steve.Will not hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for a great instructor. I just passed on my first test with very few minors with Steve! I am over the moon!

I was very low confidence when starting. Steve's positivity, kindness and ability to create a calm atmosphere for learning really helped me in a way that I have not found with other instructors. He really adapts to what he sees that you need. He listens to your concerns and insecurities about driving and will help you to focus to overcome them!

He could not have been more accommodating to fit lessons in for me in his busy schedule and often worked over his planned hours to ensure that I had extra lessons coming up to the test. He was always punctual and a brilliant communicator.

He gives you a very good idea of what to expect in the test. From the routes, the tell me questions to the parts examiners are looking out for. I felt very prepared on the day because of this.

If you are thinking about automatic Vs manual, automatic was a game changer for me. I needed to pass quickly and was low confidence. Automatic allowed me to focus on being an observant driver, rather than focusing so much on gears!

I would definitely recommend Steve and automatic driving to everyone!

Steve is an absolutely outstanding driving instructor. If I could give him 1000 stars I would. First of all I had a phone call with Steve before my first lesson. This really helped put me at ease about meeting him. He was very understanding of my social anxiety which was fantastic. My first lesson was a very informative one. He ran me through everything that I needed to know about my upcoming lessons and what to expect when I eventually took my test. Steve celebrates even the little wins with you and he is always pointing out what you’ve done well which was always a huge boost for me, which I believe then reflected in my driving becoming better and better. He is a really good laugh too which totally chills any nerves out. When you go “wrong” he is very gentle in the way he addresses it. He will always be positive and help you find a solution without criticising you, he never made me feel deflated in anyway. I have now passed my test, first time with no faults thanks to Steve. I feel very bitter sweet about passing though. On one hand I’m thrilled to have my licence to be able to drive my car on my own now but on the other hand I’m going to miss my lessons with Steve. To anyone considering him as their instructor, do it! You won’t get anyone better I can promise you that.

I would give Steve Rogers 6 stars if I could! Steve helped me to transition from being terrified of driving to being a good and safe driver, which I didn't think would ever happen. Steve is a fantastic instructor - professional, encouraging, patient, reliable, kind and fun. He always gives constructive feedback and celebrates your achievements with you. I can't recommend Steve highly enough. Even though I am absolutely thrilled that I passed first time, I will genuinely miss my lessons with Steve, a superhero instructor.
