Really nice

Although, when I rechecked the order confirmation, these colours were the ones stated, I am positively sure I didn't order those colours. Shipping also took some time. Don"t think I'll ever order from this site again, i think I'll stick to yesstyle.

Thank you for your message. After checking, we did send the colors that you have ordered (Navy and Ivory). We cannot modify your emails so if you did receive the email confirmation and it states that you selected Navy and Ivory, it means that you have in fact selected these colors. The confusion must have happened because the thumbnails of the products are Lilac and Yellow. Unfortunately we can only pick one picture for the products so only one color can be shown on the thumbnail. We trust that our customers read the option names when then put the products in their carts. We're sorry that you did not order the colors you wanted to, please note that you can always return the products if you do not wish to keep them.

FAST DELIVERY/GOOD PACKAGING
Extremely fast delivery; first time ordering from them. Purchased 6 items from the Black Friday sale; unfortunately one was out of stock but they refunded me ASAP. The other items arrived in 4 business days from Korea. I am floored! everything was packaged perfectly and my items were in good condition. Definitely will order from them again!
