It was amazing

Before buying check the sizes as they vary depending on brand and garments.
Also check not only the shipping times but the prepping time too. The shipping is very fast but the prepping time can add 2 weeks or so. The clothes are pretty, sizes as stated, quality fair for price. Will buy again. Recommended but read all details especially if you’re in a hurry.

I ordered a skirt and it’s cute, HOWEVER it took MUCH longer than expected to come in. Before you buy the item, it advertises it at 3 business days, but once you buy it, it says 3-12 business days. Mine took a MONTH to come on. Plus the skirt had lots of loose threads to cut. Overall, it was just ok.

I am a Korean living in the US, so I used this site a lot. Because there are brands I used to buy when I was in Korea. At first, there was no problem because the delivery took about 2 weeks, but recently it takes at least a month to deliver. I ordered the last order a month ago, but it hasn't even shipped yet and doesn't answer my questions. Since there are many other international shipping Korean fashion sites, I am not going to use this order again

First time shopping here (after looking at their clothes for years) and I'm so pleased I ordered!! The shipping was SO quick and the items I purchased (two sweaters) are incredible quality and look stunning! So happy with my purchase, will be buying from them again!!

I have been shopping with Sthsweet for a while now, it is the best place to find trendy Korean fashion. The quality is great and their customer service is always responsive and helpful. Because I ordered several times, now I always have extra discounts on my orders. Also they go on sales every weekends and have new arrivals every day :)

They put many nice clothes on the website, but in real most of them are not in the stock. I ordered 3 items, they canceled 2 items which are 2 dresses and only have 1 item (nails product) in stock. Be careful here, on their website, it says if the order has been canceled more than 50%, the customer has right to cancel all the order. BUT, they shipped 1 item already and after that they told me , 2 other items been canceled!! This is kinda fraud. When I asked to cancel all my order, they said one item has been shipped, it is too late. So this website is very tricky, they try to sell some small things they couldn’t sell for long time and put something nice to just attract your eyes. It is not honest at all! Don’t waste your time and money!!

EDIT (02/24/2023): Bumped my rating up by one star because Sthsweet's team was super courteous about solving an issue with my delivery. I appreciate a company that I can trust to address their errors and promise a better experience in the future.

New Review After Receiving Purchase Feb. 06, 2023:

After all, I finally did receive my package (minus one item, which I was refunded for) without customs issues yesterday afternoon. With the latest arrival estimate having been updated to February 2nd, and my delivery arriving 4 days later, I'd say Sthsweet's shipping speed is reasonable although not reflective of the 2 day-expedition they claim on their website.

Their clothing quality is hit or miss. Ironically, the brand that I purchased with the most skepticism---CHOPER---ended up having the best quality among my purchases (which included brands like MyFiona and CHUU). CHOPER's jacket was pretty, fluffy, and exceptionally high quality for the price it sold at. In fact, wearing it physically modelled better than the picture previews I had viewed online. I'm definitely going to be keeping an eye out for this brand in the future.

MyFiona ended up being the biggest disappointment. One of the items (Sensibility Jacket) didn't have the appropriate colours or fabric for what was advertised online. And I confirmed my colours and scrolled through the entire gallery before and after purchasing; they completely altered the buttons from gold to a dark brown, and the material isn't soft and sheer. Rather, the fabric is both rough and thin, just overall a garment that I'd never wear in public. Wish I could attach photos.

Myfiona's pink sweater has been shedding fur all over my closet, but it wasn't expensive anyways. Trench coat is alright for the price, mostly because the style looks beautiful. Not many environments in which you could wear it however, as the materials are too thin for chilly weather but would also look too bulky when it's warm. Belt doesn't match the flexibility shown in photos.

Cardigan and miniskirt set were the best quality purchases from Fiona. However, the skirt fit oddly and would ride up immensely whenever I bent to sit down or lean over slightly. I'd be very cautious about wearing this in public.

Overall, I'd rate my experience with Sthsweet a 3/5. There are hidden gems listed on there that will amaze you with their quality once you actually get to try the item on. On the other hand, you'll have to keep an open mind when it comes to trending names like MyFiona. Some of their products really do live up to their pictures, others could've been plucked from a clearance bin at your local fast-fashion chain.

I know I’m troubling you with me but i told you to take the shipping fees thing and gimme the rest i worked hard fpr this and I won’t pay for nothing and stay quiet!

I've ordered several times from them and each time, I've had no issues whatsoever! Processing times can be long ofc since they run on a no-inventory basis, but once they have the items they arrive to your house incredibly fast. Just be patient! The first time I shopped here, one of the items ended up being out of stock and they notified me and refunded for the item. Recently I reached out to customer service to correct an issue about DHL not having the right address, and they got back to me within a day and corrected the issue for me. Customer service is very sweet, and I always love the items I receive. My go-to if I'm looking for cute knits and pretty dresses, y'know?

Buyer beware!

Honestly the worst experience I've ever had shopping online. It took me 2 months to get my full order and took 3 shipments to finally receive it. They kept putting in the wrong shipping address and even when I notified them the first time, it kept happening.
Also, the last item that I was supposed to receive because it was on "backorder" took 2 months and several emails before they finally shipped it. I asked them why they were still selling it online if it was on backorder for so long?

My first purchase on this wonderful site: reasonable prices, very fast and inexpensive delivery, items with good terms, customer service is very responsive, polite and caring guys. I highly recommend this store. I'll be back soon for another purchase.

I bought from this site before and their delivery service is fast! Really great and they seem to be the same company as Chuu.
One thing to note though is that majority of their clothes are one size, and their one size is petite size, so for people who are taller or not of petite this one-size clothing may not be suitable. Another to note is that make sure you know where the clothes are manufactured from; the quality between the clothing made in China and South Korea differ greatly. Many of my clothes made in South Korea lasted longer while the clothes from China started to tear or felt like plastic.

I have ordered from chuu in the past, so I decided to try sthsweet, and I haven't been disappointed at all ! Buying korean brands in the UK is usually very difficult but sthsweet simplifies the process. The site is very easy to navigate. They also do discounted shipping rates, which is amazing as shipping is usually expensive from Korea.

My order itself went very smoothly. Processing times vary, up to 12 working days, but mine only took 5 days to process. This is similar to chuu, so expect a week on average to wait. Shipping took just over a week as well, which is great ! There were no surprise customs fees either ! You pay VAT at checkout and it's all sorted. The items in my order were all as pictured and lovely quality. Definetly worth the price and short wait.

My experience with customer service has always been great, they are really helpful and quick to respond to questions and worries. Overall, this site has made buying k-fashion so much easier and I can't recommend them enough !

Looks like a Korea company but I received made in china stuff.
Bought three things US$120 but they were poor quality like Taobao stuff US$10 stuff. Black color stains on my white shirts... maybe a Chinese people running a Korea company selling Chinese stuff. not worth to buy. I chose not to refund as the shipping fees is more expensive than ordering bad stuff.

I've had pretty good experiences with Sthsweet in the past. They usually deliver on time and I've been happy with the products received. However, in my recent purchase, one of the blouse was defected and I emailed Sthsweet about it with pictures and order details as requested and have yet heard back from them after a week. I was hoping for a more timely response from customer service.

Wished that the item I bought were in stock - but I understand why you guys would choose this process. However, I did experience not receiving one of my orders due to you forgetting to ship it.

Good customer service. Good shipping service. Nice quality. The only thing is I have been waiting for cropped bootcut black pants to show up on the website in so long and haven't found any good piece for me. Hope to see them soon. Hace a nice day!
