The mask qualities are great, and as advertised. I ordered 2 masks and 1 extra pack of mask filter.

There were also no issues for the delivery, and the package arrived earlier than the estimated time stated. It was also a "signed for" package which i preferred, and it was delivered all the way to my doorstep (just to add, I live in Berlin).

Something Sweet robbed me of my money, they've sent facemasks (during COVIC-19 Pandemic) via DHL and instructed them to leave them in a pickup point instead of shipping them to my apartment.

So, I cannot go outside to get the masks because of the pandemic and the fact that I don't have a mask (hence I ordered them from SMTHSWEET) and the DHL cannot do anything because they were instructed to leave them in a pick up point for no reason at all (this is the first time this happens to me with DHL - they sometime have ridiculous demands from senders like signing a package during a pandemic when social distancing measures are in place, but they usually can go around this rule if they can identify you via other means, e.g. a phone call).

DHL sent the masks back and Something Sweet representative tells me (in a very rude way) that I won't get a refund for them at all. Their reason is that "return fee is higher than the items value" which is not true (the original shipping cost was 25% of the item value).

Beware. I lost money because of these people failed to properly send the item, and I did not get the item I ordered. Nonsense.

Love the beautiful style. It fits great! And great delivery! Faster than expected! Even to Europe (Belgium).

Upon making my purchase, I applied various discount codes to my basket. I checked out and payed the discounted value as I should have. However when my package arrived the marked value was that of the undiscounted price. This meant that I was severely overcharged customs duty by fault of sthsweet. I’m in the process of trying to reclaim my money but it has taken a lot of time and stress.

Clothes were decent although all the sleeves were too short in the tops. However I was happy with the quality of the skirts I ordered.

This online store is fantastic. I received my items right away! And everything I got is exactly as seen on the website ; if not better !

The masks are great, comfy and beautiful. And I am pleasantly surprised about the fast shipment, only took 10 days from Korea to Spain. Thank You Sthsweet!! I am already buying some more <3

Fast delivery very good quality. I bought some masks with their filters. The fit is good and the cotton in very nice. I’ve ordered more masks since I’m really happy with the first order. I reccomend this brand!

It arrived on timee, my country had a pretty hefty income tax that made the product not worth it, but that was the fault of the uk not the product😂

I did ask for my address to be changed but instead the product arrived to the UK with 2 addresses on it but was not a big deal because the delivery company called me and asked which address was correct.

It cames with 20 filters and im happy with it, i do wish it was a little bigger tho but apart from that its good and you get what you see on the pictures

Has great brands like Chuu and Fiona. The shipping won't go out for up to 12 business days, but after being shipped out it comes quickly, and does require a signature so they can be responsible if it isn't shipped. The only slight problem is that many of the products are one size only- measurements are included- but that is only for Fiona and a couple other brands.

I always like to buy my Korean clothing here since they offer better prices and unbelievable fast delivery to Canada for such a good price ($6.99 CAD Express International Shipping), it usually arrives in 4-6 business days after placing the order. I find that YesStyle prices are more expensive and takes WAY longer to ship, but with SthSweet I believe it comes straight from their warehouse to your house. Sadly I've been taxed with customs ONCE (Canadian customs) but I contacted them and they were quick to reply and find a solution and offered to pay for it that one time! They try their best to avoid customs by not including the price and marking it as a gift so don't be afraid to order! Any questions I have they try to answer right away, like if an item is in stock or if an item will be available in their store. I'm surprised to see some of their poor reviews but trust me when I say their customer service is good, at least for me. Their clothes are authentic, but some items can be a bit pricey and poor quality. You just have to look around carefully and measure yourself! Highly recommend!!

Shipping very fast and what I like the most, was the shipping cost, it is cheaper than on many other websites, only 4.99 €.

I bought the first time in the "My Fiona" store, in general I liked it only that I lacked that the pink color was darker than I thought and another thing is that the quality I found it a little low for the price that is . Otherwise, all good.

Shipping takes soooooo long even if you order the new arrivals. They dont even give you a notice until you email them about your delayed orders.

Communication with customers may be improved but the overall quality (quality of products, package conditions, package tracking etc.) is good.

My order did take a long time to get here. Though the clothes are great, I had ordered another item prior at least a month ago and was told they were out of stock the moment my first order came.
