I did a lot of research on this company before I placed an order, and it seemed like most of the reviews were positive. It took around 8 days to receive my package which is fine. All of the items looked exactly like they did in the pictures, but they don't quite fit right. There are places where it seems like there is extra fabric where there shouldn't be, so the fabric bunches up weirdly. One of the shirts I bought almost looks like it has an uneven neckline when I wear it. The clothes just don't really fit that well, so I'm a little disappointed.

I ordered a one size vest for my grandma and it came exactly like the picture and it fit well to!!!

I purchased one dress which im very happy about they arrived exactly what i expected. It just one jumpsuit that i was abit disappointed, good quality but its shorter when they arrived, but after all still very happy with it. also the shipping was fast.

Best shopping experience, this is the only Korean clothing store where I can buy with offers + cheap shipping costs to Perú, it's was by DHL in only 3 days so fast! (even in covid context)! I love it! So far I haven't had any problems with the items I bought on black friday. I will definitely buy again when I find an interesting offer.❤

The brands which Somethin’ Sweet are selling, are all very high in quality from the pricey to the more expensive side.
As an Asian living a Europe I don’t have access to those brands, so after reading tons of reviews and doing research about this website I finally ordered a coat on the Black Friday’s week without paying any delivery costs.
I had high expectations and I did not regret that I had them.
The coat was prepared as they said 3-12 days after my order and the express shipping took 2-4 days. To be more specific to my order, it took exactly 12 days till I received my package. This is probably the fastest I’ve ever received any package from the outside of Europe. I don’t know if it’s because of the express delivery 🤔...
The customer service is very qualified as well. Even though I didn’t need to contact them with anything, they contacted me 7 days after my order to inform me that they were still preparing my package. This is very well thought, especially for people with less patience. The customer service gave me the feeling of being very helpful, organized and the feeling that they are people who really take their time.
My coat fits me perfectly, also thanks to the detailed chart size information. It looks identical to the attached pictures on the website. A little down side could be important information regarding material or washing instructions in Korean (only) on the attached imagines for foreign people. So this may take a little time to translate these but these are only the very few among every piece of clothing. Also to consider is that almost 70% of the clothing pieces are in one size. So it’s very important to read the sizing carefully. But this should be an obvious action when ordering online.
All in all I can definitely recommend shopping on this website, especially for people like me or people who really like Korean fashion. Everything is very detailed written and the shipping is fast.
As my first time ordering there, I’m very satisfied and will definitely consider to order more clothes via Somethin’ Sweet.

My first time buying from sthsweet after being tempted to buy for almost a year however was hesitant as I live in the the UK. Bought one item which was a cardigan and dress set (~£33 on sale) and was quite lovely. Service itself was outstanding. Some companies in the UK take longer to ship to me than this company who is across the world in Korea. Delivery time was about a week which is perfect, however if you live in the UK, beware of hefty duty tax (£20.5 tax for a £33 set!!)- think this was due to DHL and not sthsweet. Overall, good service and delivery, would probably buy again if I have the money to pay for duty tax again😂

I just received my order and this is my second time ordered from sth sweet. There is no complain about the quality of clothes or customer services. But the only thing is that i ordered wrong size and i want to return or exchange to bigger size, but their policy said I have to return and order another one, and that’s ok for me. However, the policy said customer have to responsible for the shipping fee, and it cost really expensive. At the ups, the price for shipping back korea is $200, and I call sth sweet what should I do? They told me I can use the usps and it will be cheaper, or they can send you the label but the fee will be $47. Two pairs of jeans cost $70 and you have to pay almost $50 to ship back. So , maybe this is my last time order from sthsweet.

I have ordered from them several times.The quality is good and the shipping was fast. I wasn't happy with one of the items, so I contacted their customers service. They responded quickly and solved the problem. The prices are higher than your usual online shop, but at least the clothes look like the ones on the photo.

Really great way to buy cute Korean clothes from brands we can’t buy from internationally and I’ve gotten so many cute and high quality items because the brands are so great. This website is a distributor but how come the customer service is so unresponsive? I bought an item in the wrong color because the interface can sometimes be a little confusing. You only have a 7 day time window to contact them for a refund. I contacted them several times using the email they provided within that window asking for an exchange or refund but never received a response so now I’m stuck with a $50+ item that I will never wear.

I ordered clothes that I needed urgently and asked sthsweet to ship it out as soon as possible. Although the clothes didn’t come in time but I still want to give 5 stars. Their customer service is amazing! I can understand that it’s sometimes not possible to ship out the goods immediately as they have to wait for their supplier to send them the goods first. This, of course, takes some time, especially if the goods are from different suppliers. But after they shipped out my package, it only took 2 (!) days until I received the package. I have never received a package from Korea this fast. I really like this express shipping. This is one reason why I like to order there.

I ordered knee high boots and I was scared they will put the boots in a small package so that the boots will get creases but to my surprise, they put the boots in a box that prevented the boots to get creases. The other clothes that I ordered were delivered in a perfect condition. They were wrapped up really well and the quality is great! I love the clothes and quality from Liphop and Chuu. I was never disappointed. What I really like about sthsweet is that there are a lot of sales. My favorite brands are often on sale (with 20-30% off). Please do more of these sales! I already recommended your page to my friends. I really appreciate your hard work! I will definitely order more in the future.

I used to love this site - affordable cute clothes and decent quality. BUT I find the brand is now overpriced and the quality of clothes is getting worse......

They really do their best to ship your items on time and by a specific date if you ask. Their clothes are all good quality and so pretty!

I love this site!!! The clothes are super cute and affordable. I've ordered from them many times in the past year and have never had a problem. They do tend to ship a bit slow because they need to order the clothes before shipping them to you, so if you order something, give it a few weeks. (I live in the US, I don't know about other countries.) Overall I've had a great experience and will continue to order from them for as long as I can.

Awesome! I got free shipping due to the amount of money that I spent 😅 which was a plus, and the shipping info/updates was very efficient(dhl is what was used I believe) ,and the package came within a week and a half. Very quick! and I love that they carry so many affordable brands! Overall a great experience. Edit: I will say, it took them a week to review and show the shipping info, which I was worried about at first but then understood because it is stated on their website it can take up to 12 days. I waited a week for it to ship out/recieve shipping info, and less than 4 days to receive the package. Also, depending on the price of the clothing, it could be less quality than others, for example: I bought 37 dollar jean shorts that are amazing, and a 10 dollar shirt that was a little see through, but I didn’t mind since it was so affordable. 😊❤️ But that’s more on the actual brands themselves, not sthsweet :)
