Was given a Flames Adidas jersey bought for full adidas price for Christmas. Turns out it’s a fake jersey and the website is now offline so can’t make a refund claim. Annoyed doesn’t cover it

Perfect customer service
Perfect customer service. My stick never arrived to the right address and sticks direct helped me as much as they could to figure out where it went. It was found in the end. I love my new stick and I love how the customer service is with this company. Many thanks sticks direct. I look forward to buying the next one very soon.

Avoid like the plague!! Took my money, had poor communications, had to chase for updates, were promised new delivery dates which never materialised and then shut down all communication. Is now waiting for PayPal to resolve. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!

Firstly apologies that you didn't get the usual service we offer, and a FULL REFUND has been issued.
It looks like your communications went into our 'spam' filter so where never seen by anyone.
We have had an issue with our usual courier due to the airport freight handlers being behind with their work and as soon as we knew we changed couriers to avoid such disruption, most of the backlog has been shipped now (excluding two orders which people are aware of)
Feel free to call us if you want to know if the original stick you requested is in stock first and if so we will (as always) ship via UK UPS on 24 hour service.

i was very hesitant to buy a stick as…
i was very hesitant to buy a stick as there was not many reviews on the is company however i thought i would give a shot, Ordered a Nexus Geo on a Sunday ( website states 7-14 delivery) i received my stick in 8 days.
i even what sapped the number on the website through out the week and they replied at any time of day relatively quickly would highly recommend rather then paying £255 with retailers.
