Engraved as required the watch came the next day as promised. Good website explaining the options and excellent service.

The Watch wasn't in stock initially but the company got in touch to let me know when it would be and made sure it got here in time for Christmas. Excellent communication - very efficient. And the watch was just as I had hoped. Very happy with everything. Thanks very much. Peter

The watch was ordered on the Friday afternoon and arrived on the Saturday afternoon, very quick and reliable service. If I have one small negative comment it is regarding the quality of the engraving, which could have been a little larger and clearer considering it was only 3 letters. Other than that I am very satisfied with my new half hunter.

I placed an order for some engraved pocket watches late on a Saturday evening. On the Sunday morning I received a phone call from the company checking if the details I had put down for the engraving were correct - as it turns out I had put down the wrong month and was able to correct the mistake there and then. The watches then arrived on the Tuesday morning.

I was extremely impressed with the customer service, the quality of the products I had ordered and the speed which order was completed. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The item arrived very quickly and I was communicated with promptly both pre and post sales. I would say that a little more could have been done to make me feel comfortable about buying from them but I can't really complain as every question I asked was dealt with in a prompt and accurate manner.
