Plazo watch is my most favourit brand. Iam using plazo from 2016. It's realy so classy.

Ordered Feb 23. No watch, no shipping notification, does not return phone messages or respond to emails. Is this a "real" company or a scam? Hopefully I can get the charges to my credit card reversed. The one star overrate my opinion but is necessary to post my comment.

Bought this watch from Plaza Jewelers online as a Christmas gift for my wife. The delivery of the item was super fast and the price after the discount seemed to be more than fair. Although the Holiday is still a month and one half away, I'm sure that my wife will be more than thrilled with the style and beauty of this watch, and as an added bonus she won't be going crazy looking for a place selling watch batteries on the cheap. "Yeah".

Purchased early Christmas present from Plaza Watches for the wife - so I can't comment on how the Watch will be accepted by her - purchased a new Ladies Citizen Eco Drive Watch (wife loves Eco Drive Watches no batteries to worry about).
Watch arrived very quickly and is described as per the write up.

Pros:
-Watch looks Brand New (and with the box);
-Very Good Value - much cheaper than original MSRP (Bang for the Buck!)for a Citizen Eco Drive Watch;
-Very fast delivery - though I wouldn't wait until just before christmas if ordering;

Cons:
-None so far;

I would definitely recommend Plaza Watches, and I would definitely buy from them again!

Saw the watch I wanted for a friend online at Plaza Watches. Spoke to customer service, bought the watch and it arrived without a hitch. My friend wanted another model, so I bought it and again it arrived in a timely manner and I returned the original watch via a free shipping label provided by Plaza Watches. It worked just the way it should have. Great service with excellent pricing.

Even though they didn't have the watch I was really looking for, the service was outstanding. I would buy from them in the future. Highly recommended.

I ordered 2 ladies Citizen Eco Drives several days apart. The price of them was less than half of what the local jewer wanted. After a day of wearing the first one that I had receieved it appeared to stop working (turns out I didn't charge it correctly) and by then I had received the second one. I looked the second one over and thought the back of it was gouged (it wasn't, it was the sticker that was clear and bunched up). Before I had realized my mistakes I had contacted them and asked to return them. They sent me via email a prepaid priority mail return postage label. At that point I realized there was nothing wrong with either watch, and that the mistakes were entirely my own. I offered to pay for the return postage (why should they pay when I screwed up?) and they said no. The watches are fabulous! The label peeled off without any problem and they both charged wonderfully after I followed advice on how to do it.The watches are authentic and came in original packaging. I couldn't be happier with the watches and the customer service! I will definitely be ordering from them again! I highly recommend them. If you order an eco drive make sure to pull the stem out when you charge it in light. The stem being in makes the watch "work" while charging and not get a full charge.

I ordered a watch from plaza watches that I've had my eye on for ages. It was priced 100 less than everywhere else and it arrived fast! Their customer service was spot on and they let me use a discount code after I had already placed my order. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Will order from here again soon!!!
