I love their product. I only purchase Sea Moss. My customers are happy about the texture and taste. I like that it's not much salt. I will be purchasing monthly.

I’ve been using seamoss for almost 2 decades and this was the first time sourcing from St.Lucian seamoss company. This seamoss is by far the best quality I’ve ever had since using seamoss. You guys knocked it out of the park. Keep producing quality like this and you’ll have a customer for life.

Ordered twice. First order arrived (ordered loose leaves for tea) and half the bag had mold so had to discard. Ordered again, and the product never arrived. I emailed several times and were told it was on it's way but never arrived. I had to follow up with my bank to dispute the purchase and get it refunded. Will not use again. I gave it a 2/5 because the first half of the first order was pretty good.

I have nothing but great things to say about it. The service and quality of my sea moss customers loves it

They are always on point. Never any issues with an order. Even when it seems the process is longer than expected....They are there with reassurances that everything is in an organized manner. Don't buy from this company! First, the first order was late. They tried to make it right with a coupon. Second, the second order came incomplete and the coupon code was removed when I checked out. I sent several messages and were told they were going to look into it. Nothing, no seamoss, no refund. Don't trust anything they say.
