Ordered the S50, took over 6 weeks to arrive, it’s lasted less than 18 months and requires a new battery. Ordered a battery at $70 with express postage to be told they are now on back order and have an 8-10 week wait. So all up since I ordered the gun originally nearly 16 week wait to actually be able to use it. Very disappointed and when I contacted the company, very poor customer service.

I had to wait 10 days before my order was dispatched and since its dispatch I have received 2 emails asking for a review even though it is 14 days later and the product still hasn't arrived. I have no ETA for the product and it may not even make it here for Christmas.
Been a week since my purchase the charger and still not arrive yet.
The item cocerned advertised to come with a bag and no bag arrived with the package. I then referred to the website on how to return package and sent emaill to requested address not once but three times for a return over the period of a week. I am now just packaging the item and sending back to them - expecting a refund, not hopeful,
If I was running the show, I wouldn't be sending out requests for "How did we do?" before the order from 2 weeks ago arrives on its journey from less than an hour away.
Perhaps don't go with some budget delivery company and use somebody more reputable.

I ordered a pack with 3 massage guns. When I ordered I didn’t realise one of the guns was out of stock and would be ordered on back order, which is fine. I was then told it would be approx. 6 weeks before the guns came in. 8 weeks later and I had heard nothing from the company so I emailed the person I was in contact with to see how far away the massage gun was. A week later I hadn’t heard anything so I think decided to put an equity in through the website which I still hadn’t heard anything about. It has been over a week and I am very disappointed with the communication. They are happy as they have taken my money but it really isn’t that hard to advice customers when the 6 weeks is approaching of wait times or to reply to emails
I ordered an ice bath on 5th of April 2023. After a few weeks it had not arrived and I had received no contact or updates on the whereabouts of my order. I sent 2x emails to the company asking where my order was. No response. I called and got told they were still waiting for stock to arrive at their shop. An update on this would have been nice. I waited another 2 months and nothing - no updates, no ice bath. Sent more emails and no response again. Called again to which I was told I could have a refund that would take 2 weeks.. or wait 2 weeks more for the ice bath. I said I would like a refund. Another 2 months later I have no received a refund, nor an ice bath. How surprising! Do not buy from this shop unless you want to lose both your money and your order and be constantly left in the dark. Unaccepatble.
Still waiting for delivery of purchase made 9 Jul. Tried to email, email rejected, tried to call, left a voicemail on what seemed to be a personal voicemail. No correspondence received.
Stryker has bought up just about all the competition and so far has set back some of the more modern techniques, due to lack of knowledge or interest. So products such as Cartiva are being stopped, even though this product has successfully been used in Europe as an alternative to a fusion! Sometimes it is not the product, but the person using it or the wrong aftercare. Sorry, but after having used this product for 15 years successfully in Europe, we are due to failures in the US, not able to use this after May 24! Back to the barbaric fusion!

Communication and reply time from company was poor. I had to ask them multiple times to post the time. No apology, no reply, just sent a shipping label. Disappointing.
Ordered in early May and only arrived mid July! Footy season is almost over! Asked for a refund no response? Product is very poor, not good quality at all very disappointing.
Worst customer service.
No warning that it would take 3 over 3 months to deliver and still NOTHING!
