Stryke Recovery are an Aussie company who I was recommend to by a physical therapist friend. The massage guns I purchased are great quality and the company themselves are fantastic!
I have been asked to review my products & I’m still waiting for delivery- after an email advising they were dispatched on the 21st! I don’t even live that far away. It’s now 31st Dec and still not received them & even though I replied to the previous request asking for a review saying I’d wait until I’d received the product I got sent a reminder to review. So here it is. Very unsatisfied with customer service & delivery. Products were Christmas presents & now very late!! Not quite the 1 - 3 day delivery! Would have been quicker if I’d got it from central coast myself - a 2 hour trip max!
Still havent received my item, tried calling and emailing and no response. Keep checking the tracking number and nothing has changed with its progress. Not liking my chances of getting the item i paid for.

I’ve used them twice and it making a weird winding noise constantly. If it part of the unit. It is not good at all. If it a fault. Even worst.
