Never purchase guys

Never purchase guys, after wearing my trainers 5 times they started ripping and because I took of the verificatikn tag they are unable to take these back, bearing in mind I have had these particular trakners in the past and lasted me to years…. They also came back saying because the trainers were made in 2019 that I should expect this to happen.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs! Got two yeezy (350 cinder & 390 mist) sales, shipped them the same day like usual except this time they didn’t get authenticated at all after the tracking information said they were delivered to the dock (received by kusters) in the Netherlands. Sent support an email asking what happened and they replied saying they never got them in and said that if I didn’t send them proof of drop off they would close my case without refund (the ups drop off I use never gives receipts). So even though the tracking clearly said they got delivered, stockx wasn’t helpful in my case and had to take a 500€ loss. I’m never selling through them again and wouldn’t recommend staying away as their business ethics are not respectable at all!

SCAM!!!! I have purchased a pair of trainer and…
I have purchased a pair of trainers and the size is not fitting well!
I contacted through filling out enquiry form and then they ask for further info, once that’s provided, the auto email to best serve you, create a new case , and I’ve done this 6 times now and spoke to the help desk and the manager and they just say we come back to you via email ?????

That’s 1 full week story and they sent another email, saying provide us the info or we close the case in 24 hours, and same story repeats
I respond through the provided link or email and then again same thing !! Looks like a scam !!! I have never had such experience with any other companies before !!

Absolutely infuriating!

It's been 2 days and 30 attempts to make a payment and it keeps getting rejected! I've had zero help despite contacting customer service on multiple occasions! The item I would like is practically sold out and I'm getting no help! Infuriating!

Horrendous customer service

Defaults to US sizing, and then they punish you 15% of sales price for accidently selecting incorrect size and noticing your mistake before posting. Where is the justification for that level of penalty fee?

No escalation possible as customer service reps must be told to ignore complaints or requests to escalate.
Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs - eBay 100 times better than this mob

Terrible for sellers

Bought a pair from StockX. Unfortunately they didn’t fit.

Resold them on StockX (at a loss) and they rejected them in verification process!!!

How is that even possible! Still had all the tags and their order receipts in the box.

They charged me for this.

What a waste of time and money. Will never use them again.

Never agin will I order from StockX

After the fist seller did not send the trainers when I ordered because the price went up.. I paid an extra £36 for the same trainers and now the 2nd seller is doing the same thing.. StockX said they asked for an extra day which a seller is allowed 1 extra day to send it(fair enough) still the seller has not sent it and StockX will still not refund my money telling me “it is within the timeframe” which it is not I must now wait for a manager to contact me.. so ridiculous and I will never order from StockX again.

Received trainers that had a defect on…

Received trainers that had a defect on them and looked as if they had been worn they had dirty marks on the heels, as these had been bought as a present I am very disappointed and won’t be buying from there again.

Received a fake product

Received a fake product, the sole came out.

Since the first bedroom try they felt odd, way to big and off.

Removed the green tag and didn't return them to avoid these thieves the trouble (since StockX is a ''legit'' site) but after using them 3 times practically only in my house for no more than 3 hours a day, the sole came out

To make a return you have to inform within 3 days, this is just built to steal your money.

It's been 4 months if not over StockX…

It's been 4 months if not over StockX keeps sending me a copy-and-paste response in response to my review to check my email and all of that ..there has been no email I have refreshed and checked my spam a million times over the months no reply and they keep sending a link with there reply that takes me to nowhere...i keep getting the fuckoff response from there agent ....sending me another response to my review today again to check my mail without sending me anything its very annoying

Time wasters, questionable authenticators

I sold an item on here, proceeded to send the item for verification. Which was NEW. After Verification, get an email stating it has failed, with a photo of the tiniest/shortest hair on the top of the item. I used the chat they had available where I spoke to 'Mostafa', who seemed do divert from the problems I was mentioning and questions I was asking. I demanded an investigation, confident my item is new, which Mostafa claimed he passed on the dispute. Day later, no mention of any investigation/ dispute, just an email from UPS saying they have my parcel to be returned.

Honestly recommend going to ebay to sell any items, over 10 years selling on there with literally no issues. Just thought a 'specialist' site like Stockx would have been more appropriate for my item, clearly wrong. Should have guessed by some of the casual wording used on their site the type of people that run this place.
