Great service as a buyer.

I don't relate to the comments which I have seen.

I paid a reasonable price for the sneakers, and I would get them after a maximum of 12 days. The quickest pair I got was in 5 days.

They also allowed me to cancel a purchase even though they mentioned balancing assets is impossible.

The customer service team would reply quickly, and there isn't a lot of back and forth between us; it's usually one email, and they respond accordingly.

I have purchased four pairs of shoes from them; two arrived in excellent condition, one is on its way, and the last one didn't pass their verification, so they said they would issue me a refund.

Their service is as good as they describe it, I am very happy.

Steer clear- shoddy service

Absolutely agree with comments made ZERO customer service. I sold a pair of trainers - have been authenticated and sent on to purchaser for inflated profit no doubt yet my payout is still pending- after nearly 3 weeks??? I have contacted customer services (only possible by email) who keep sending out a defunct link to reset something or other which never works and have now stopped responding completely. No telephone contact possible. Shoddy service- will be contacting trading standards to get my money.

Biggest scam ever...after I made my…

Biggest scam ever...after I made my purchase I noticed that the trainers had reached the authenticity centre and then sent out to me within 3 hours of the purchase time which says to me that they were already at the authentication centre upon purchase..figure it out for yourself!!!
Then as expected they were fake when I received them..took me 2 days to get a response from customer service to which was that they aren't fake and I'm stuck with them..£210 down the drain.
NEVER AGAIN.

Non-Authentic Models AIR JORDAN 5

I am testifying here to my very bad experience with the stockx site. I bought a pair of NIKE JORDAN shoes for $537 on August 14, 2022 in order to obtain an authentic model. I received the delivery of the shoes and from the outside, they seemed to meet my needs. However, after using the shoes only 2 times, the sole completely peeled off and the plastic of the sole deteriorated abnormally. I know this model well because I have it in another color and this kind of problem had not happened. Only a copy or counterfeit of the brand can give such poor quality. Immediately, on September 5, 2022, I opened a ticket on the Stockx site, which accepted my request because I received a confirmation email.
The support replied that they would study my request but to date I have not received any response from them despite 2 reminders by email. I'm really disappointed because I paid a lot to get a genuine model and it didn't. I sent the photos as irrefutable proof of the quality defect in order to prove my good faith. I am such a shoe collector, and I know how to recognize real models from fraudulent copies. I would have liked at least Stockx support to answer me rather than remain silent. I don't understand this lack of professionalism.
I do not intend to stop there and I will inform the NIKE brand that the Stockx site sells imitations instead of the original models. It is their responsibility to verify the authenticity of the models sold, not mine. I also offered to return the faulty shoes but got no response from Stockx. If I had wanted to buy $50 copies I would have been to many sites on the internet. But there I paid a very expensive $537 including shipping costs of $30 and processing fees of $28 guaranteeing the authenticity of my purchase.
I hope that this testimony will perhaps make this company react. I put all the details of my order below:

DO NOT USE

POOR service from such a large business. Inadequate contact methods to customer service if you have an issue, only have email other teams in different countries, especially for time delicate scenarios. If you purchase something from them, you do have the right to return legally. However they will not tell you this, they will say you cant, and it is only if you express your legal right for a return, they will honour, which most people don't do, which is morally wrong

Useful, quick payout.

Speaking as an occasional seller, I've found StockX to be very useful. The site is easy to use, and payment is quick - often the same day as my trainers arrive at the depot for verification. I just hope I haven't hexed it, and wind up receiving the poor service I read about elsewhere!

Trainer did not pass verification due to size discrepancy on the box.

Never made it back. And was NOT given a full refund
StockX do not care about after Service- I am currently £220 down due to incompetence of StockX returning goods. Apparently the policy does not insure or care about items being returned to customer.

Sold an item on stockx which i bought…

Sold an item on stockx which i bought off their website as i no longer wanted it. it failed verification as it was an incorrect item. So i got sold an incorrect item and they no longer want to refund me. also not responding to my emails. i do not recommend anyone to buy off their website.

Horrendous customer service

When StockX works, it’s fine, the problem is when it doesn’t work. The customer service is non existent and when you finally get a reply, the advisors are poorly trained and just don’t care. I’ve had cases closed, passed around and ignored.

How can a billion dollar company treat you like this. Easy, they only care about profit. I’ve sold loads on their platform but not anymore, I will take my business elsewhere. Any other selling platform is better than StockX.

Terrible site
