I can’t fault Stoff Kiosken. At the time of writing it has 3 stars but I honestly can’t understand why when it’s a fantastic site, service and quality. Postage could be quicker but I assume it’s down to being busy - I wouldn’t be surprised if they get a lot of orders after all.
Be careful!They charged me twice for an order that I didn't finish.
Two weeks ago I tried (twice) to make an order but I couldn't end and I DIDN`T finish the purchase because the website got an "ERROR"and I couldn't finish the authorization of the payment by using my NemId. Four days later I checked out my bank account and I saw that they charged the amount from the two orders that I didn't finish. Also they didn't send me any email about the failed orders or any orders at all. So, I emailed them explaining the situation and asked them to refund my money (which I still have NO answer). Finally after one week I receive an email from them, but it was saying that they shipped the product I didn't buy, plus they completely ignore my emails asking for a refund.
The products are great, good quality.
The customer service is a big problem. Expect to wait at least 2 weeks for an answer from them. And if you try to use the link on the Danish site, you only get the answer that they don't have a customer service, so you need to contact Germany or England.
When buying from outside Denmark/Germany, you should not pay the local VAT. But you have to pay it, and then you are told that you will get a refund afterwords. A very bad solution, I still wait for the refund after 10 days.

I ordered from the website 20 days ago and was meant to receive it a week ago. I have not yet received it, their Danish customer service is closed and their English and German customer service is not getting back to me on the 2 emails I sent. I have now received an email to rate the experience so that is what I am doing in the hopes that I will now receive a reply. At this stage I cannot recommend using Stofkiosken.dk.
I ordered a pattern and it took some time to arrive. Besides this, the pattern was really nice and easy to understand.

I have not recived my item. Stofkiosken just removed my money from my card and I have so far NOT recieved anything at all and bo respond my E-mails or calls. I dont suggest stofkiosken at all.
My order came very soon. And the fabrics very beautiful and good quality. Certainly Will order again for my next projects. 👍🌹

Bad costumer service, but fine quality. I have ordered from this shop a couple of times, but I am more often than not seeking other places - they have this "brilliant" idea to charge an insane price for shipping due to some fabrics being send on a roll in stead of folded - which is fine enough in itself - but the issue is that there are no option of just getting them to fold the fabric and send it like a regular package. When writing their german costumer service, to ask if it was possible to pick up the fabric in germany, as it was cheaper to do it that way than pay the ridiculous price for sending on a roll. they refuse to reply to me and ask me to write their english costumer service. I was once again looking for some fake leather, and it seems that they have the type I need - but honestly I don't even want to bother with the bad costumer service again. I will search for it elsewhere.
1. The costumer service in danish doesn’t work. Just telling me to have a nice summer in the middle November.
2. My package wasn’t delivered and are now being send back and there is no way for me to contact them cause they keep telling me to have a nice summer.
