Bad fabric and return cost as high as the facbric price as return address is Germany
I bourht 15 meters of velvet but the fabric smeared off and it could not be washer of. Another piece was damaged in the edges. In total very bad quality which Stofkiosken would not admit to, even when picture send and complaint, they would not take it back.
The return freight cost would also be the same as the total price for the velvet, as the fabric is shipped from Germany and must be returned there, and not to a address in Demark.
In all vey bad service and quality. I would never buy there again.

We are very sorry that you are not satisfide with your order.
You ordered Panné velvet, and the picture you sent showed a very normal panné velvet fabric. We could not see anything wrong about the fabric and that is why our colleague asked for better pictures where the problem actually could be seen. You did not send any other pictures.
You washed and cut the fabric, and made your complaint afterwards. As you can see in our terms and conditions, we do not take back items that have been washed, cut, sewen or used in any way that is not necessary to determind the look, feel and quality of the fabric.
The edge, which in the picture look like a pretty normal edge for panné velvet, were to be seen before you washed the fabric.
And if the fabric smeared off, which is normal for panné velvet, you could see that before you cut the fabric.
By washing and cutting the fabrics, you have disclaimed your right of returning the fabric and getting a refund.
Panné velvet is a fabric that is known for being fuzzy and that can not be used with open edges. Our Panné velvet has a very good quality for the low price, 21 DKK/m, that it has.

This is a flexible company with a great service, they deliver to your home or to your work and they are fast.
I was very pleased with this order; the fabrics were even better looking than the pictures of them on the web site. The quantities I ordered were cut nicely and I appreciate the label with the information and recommendations on each fabric; but I would suggest the quality composition would be stated on the label as well, not just the number percentage, this way you don’t have to look on line for the composition before washing the fabric.

good service, planning to buy again
I ordered 4 piece of discounted fabrics . My order arrived within 2 weeks. But only one of the ordered fabric was in the package, the other three were missing, instead there was one extra 4.2m fabric which I did not order. They packed wrong!. I check the trustpilot, it seems this webshop has very bed reputation. I got a little bit nervous. I called the dansih custom service, the lady on the phone is really nice. She suggested me to find some other fabrics at the similar price since the discounted fabric were sold out, and I can keep the fabric which I did not order. The new fabrics came in 1 week!. I would say in general this webshop has good service, although they make mistakes.
