Placed a telephone order for bags. The customer service representative (CSR) stated the order would ship that day. The order shipped the following day.

CSR stated order would ship via UPS. Order shipped via FedEx Ground, which had held my order for FOUR days (as of this writing) with no indication of FedEx intention of delivery.

Customer service manager would not assist in resolving the matter.

These stoma bags ain't worth a damn they let more crap in behind then into the bag, when I say behind I mean between the bag and skin then you stink like hell and your skin is raw, the flat bags are no good

I called StomaBags yesterday (Dec 14) requesting three different products, I knew the product #’s of two but not the third. Mariana, Customer Service Manager, handled the call beautifully sent me a link to three products that she thought would meet my needs. In minutes the order process was completed and she told me I would be receiving delivery next day. In less than 24 hours the full and correct order was at my front door. Excellent service, fair price-lower than their competitors that I checked. I will be buying from them in the future- is the best recommendation I can make.

I worked with Jose to order some medical supplies. Jose was always responsive, helpful, follows up as necessary, and patiently answered all my questions. Once I placed the order, which typically takes 2-5 days for shipping, I was pleasantly surprised to receive it the next day!!! I would definitely order from Stomabags.com again in the future and would work with Jose!

The item I ordered is manufactured now without the connector. Marianna helped me find the piece I needed and put through the order for me. She was courteius and efficient.

I have had an excellent experience with this company! Our insurance only covers 1 box of stoma bags a month for my 4 month old, and so I priced around. The prices are decent and the customer service is top notch! I only have good things to say about this company!!

I received an incorrect item. I contacted Mariana, she apologized and sent a return authorization so the return will be seamless and free on my end. She replied to say, the correct item is on it’s way and had it sent overnight!

One thing they need to look into, is to accept all credit cards internationally.

I needed to confirm an order. Using live chat I provided Jose M with the order number and invoice number and he confirmed the order.

I tried to order online. I was having problem so I just gave up. Then the next day I saw email from Mariana from Customer Service. She was able to help me and I was able to order what I wanted. Very happy customer. Now just waiting for my order. THANK YOU!!!
