I was unsure about putting a claim in for the company I worked for. Tom made me feel at ease. I would recommend this company as they were very helpful during my claim. I must of been a right pain in the neck. They talked me through everything. I would definitely recommend this company. They are amazing and so helpful.

I was knocked off my bicycle in Oct 2021 by a reckless driver and suffered a type 3 AC joint shoulder dislocation.

I contacted a couple of solicitors, either they didn't contact me back or wouldn't take on my case.

I received a legal document through the post relating to the accident and I didn't know what it was for, I googled it and couldn't get a clear answer, that's where I found a YouTube video explaining it perfectly, lo and behold it was a video from Dominic from Stonehewer Moss Solicitors. I watched a few more of their videos and they all seemed very genuine so I contacted them via Email and received a call back from Tom, who asked me various questions and was happy to take on my case.

Fast forward one year and we've been successful in winning my case. I was kept in the loop throughout and was given very accurate timelines of how many days things would take and what the next steps were (all delays were from the opposing side). I couldn't be happier with the professionalism and expertise from Tom throughout, he was clear and concise with the information provided and was always available if I needed any updates.

Hopefully I'm not involved if any further accidents, but if I am I'll be sure to use Stonehewer Moss again.
