Quick delivery
Wasn't sure but product was great , exactly the same as the wickes. Only issue is they delivered too quick. Thought I'd set a delivery day but come the day before. No bother though as it was in a safe place and wrapped well.

ordered 2 tiles as samples, they were sent in a jiffy pack with no other protection, no warning labels on packaging, so guess what?... your right, both broken.

Would not recommend to anyone . Customer service is really bad. . Not consistent and don't know what they are doing. . Far better tile merchants out there just do a bit more searching on the net.

Delivered swiftly
Delivered swiftly. Unfortunately poor quality (though I didn't pay much) and only 3 tiles made it in one piece.
I have emailed x2 to discuss, but so far had no reply.
Update. Had a replacement delivery of tiles today, even though it was strictly a one way communication! So updated from 2 stars to 4

Ordered tiles which arrived on time with no damages. The tiles were excellent quality, easy to work with. The Topps Tiles equivalent was nearly twice the price.

these tiles are lovely but my husband doesn’t think that they are suitable for a splash back for our hob will certainly look to using them for floors as they are beautiful and sample arrived quickly.
