Fantastic company to use either online…
Fantastic company to use either online or using their extensive product knowledge over the phone. I have used them several times and the service is consistently good with prompt delivery when it is promised. Work colleagues have use too and same great service and prompt after sales when 1 delivery had a few broken tiles in the middle of a box not caused by transit or handling. Price is great too.👍
Will certainly use again as I go about renovating a couple of houses I have to bring up to date.

I am really sorry to hear that your sample order from us arrived damaged. We have just introduced a new packaging to stop this from happening on our Metro range. Unfortunately your order was one of the last to be sent without this so I can only apologise that they arrived damaged.
We weren't aware that the samples arrived damaged. If you would of made us aware of the issue via either phone, email or our live chat service we would of happily replaced the samples tiles for you in the new packaging.

I was looking for some travertine stone…excellent all round
I was looking for some travertine stone tiles as we have fitted a new extraction fan and needed several more rows to match existing tiles, the tiiles were not easy to find but I found them here and the price was amazing, the delivery costs and times were also the best I could find, the tiles came super fast and are now on my wall and you couldn’t know there were several yeas apart from the original,ones.

Ordered my tiles and received the wrong…
Ordered my tiles and received the wrong ones, so i contacted them to tell them of the issue, they said to email them with the picture of the tiles and they will reply to the email. Its been 5 days today and still no reply, will have to chase them up again!!!!

The only negative is I think postage is…
The only negative is I think postage is quite high for the amount of tiles I ordered, the post cost half the price again that I paid for the tiles, and now I find I have a box left but it would probably cost too much to send back.

With regards to our delivery charges, the reason we charge this amount on our metro range is because we have found that sending this type of tile which is fragile until fixed on the wall via a parcel carrier has resulted in high volumes of damaged and unusable product.
We do subsidised the delivery cost from our carriers to ensure we are giving our customers the best possible value for money on orders of this type.
