I shopped around and found stone trader…
I shopped around and found stone trader to be the cheapest by £100 and that included next day delivery. Cant beat that, good quality good price fast delivery . Excellent communication.

Great company - great prices.
I looked around a lot before deciding to make this purchase. Not only was Stonetrader highly competitive, but the tiles were excellent quality too.

Great service and product
I ordered my tiles online at a very competitive price and they were delivered on time. Unfortunately approximately half a box were damaged in transit, I contacted Stonetrader and they immediately sent a whole box as a replacement, which arrived the next working day - fantastic!

Highly recommend this company - excellent quality stones!
We are having our patio done and so glad we decided to go with Stonetraders! We ordered black limestone slabs and it arrived in perfect condition. Such good quality even our builder commented on it. Our neighbour ordered similar slabs but from B&Q and it was half the thickness of these from Stonetraders! The quality is so much better.
We had one little hiccup with the sealant but the customer team (Karen & Lynn in particular) have been very helpful and arranged a refund.
We will most definitely use this company for all our future stone needs.
Also a tip- if you try to order online and it informs you that it does not deliver to your area, please phone them and place order over the phone, they can double check for you.

Product and service both spot on!
Really good experience from start to finish - great value for money tiles and order was fulfilled and delivered swiftly, with good communication throughout. Delivery guy was helpful getting tiles to front door.

Broken tile
when ordered the sample tile I was asked what day I wanted it delivered, asked for a Friday, the tile arrived on the Thursday when no one was at home so Royal mail posted it through the letter box, so when I got home I found the tile in pieces on the floor. As it was only a sample I glued it back together so we could see the colour. Why ask what day you want delivered if you don't bother sticking to it. Not a good service.

Delivery was prompt and communication…
Delivery was prompt and communication with the drivers when needed was helpful and polite. Several tiles arrived broken though which was frustrating due to the high price of delivery.

Pro's and Con's
Not particularly impressed. Had to pay £1 for a sample tile where other potential suppliers sent samples FOC. Ordered 3 samples from 3 different suppliers and they all arrived within a day or two of each other so no speed advantage in paying for the sample from StoneTrader.
However, the price of the tiles was substantially cheaper than one of the other potential suppliers, £10.00 per M² as against £ 15.99 for an identical tile from one of the others.
