Lift broken again today
Lift broken again today, but help provided to carry cartons upstairs to storage unit. Unfortunately, I have severe arthritis of the lower spine, and the lack of a working lift really knocked me about. More working lifts are obviously needed at the Mitchell facility, and the lifts need to be properly maintained (my experience has been that this particular lift is dodgy).

Half-garage Size
Really helpful staff and the loan of the truck on move day was awesome. It was a shame we didn't get a ground floor unit as the lift is tiny and made moving in a bit difficult. There wasn't a half-garage size for me to view when I booked, so it is a bit smaller than I anticipated, so I have to sell some of my furniture. Price is reasonable and 24 hour access is great. Security also seems excellent.
