Storage King had fantastic service
Storage King had fantastic service. I was unable to get out to the storage facility myself, they arranged local contract signing and ensure there was someone to meet the delivery person. They even arranged the padlock. 5 star service.

Clean. Secure easy access . right size friendly staff availability at short notice
Colour scheme easy on the eyes ( bulldog colours)
On the down side _ truck access to the lifts could be a waiting game. Apart from the initial move you come and go as you please with your code

comunication breakdown
Storage King has not been Easy to deal with all costs not explained,:charged me for a padlock ,failed to disclose this after i asked if there was anything more to pay ! The .Impact of Covid 19 as borders closed ment I could not pu goods .They insisted "It was Business as Usual" ,I live in Sth Australia & planned to use storage for 2 mths .As borders closed they kept charging me each month ,this felt very wrong ,as I planned to pu goods in unit quickly . I will organise a Carrier to pack goods and Deliver to Sth Australia this has not been a good experience !

George the manager was most helpful and offered us all the assistance required to move from our old warehouse location to Storage King Moorebank. Storage King have been around for a long time and they provide very good service.

Renting a space was ‘easy as’
Renting a space was ‘easy as’! In between residences so when I needed some extra space to put my purchases in preparation for my new abode for a month and the space and the staff who assisted me with the process for the storage unit were excellent. Facility is very new, easy to get around with large appliances and simple to come and go as needed. Probably going to be sad when I give it up really...
