Friendly staff clean property and unit

Very surprised how clean and organised this place. Stuff members been great too.

I recently used Storage King on Minnie Street in Southport, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and easily accessible. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing clear information about the different storage options available.

The security measures in place gave me peace of mind, and I appreciated the convenient access hours. Pricing was reasonable, especially for the quality of service and facility offered. I would highly recommend Storage King Southport to anyone in need of storage solutions. Overall, a fantastic experience!

It just works, location, the access is easy never to busy.

Friendly and helpful service

It’s unusual to feel angry about doing business with a company before you do business with them.
I felt obliged to pay a $50 deposit to secure a unit that wasn’t even available, hence when I was hounded and hounded for further payment before I even moved into the unit I felt that I was unable to get out of the deal and return my deposit. The business practice of this location was aggressive and adversarial, to a new client no less! Then when we did move my things into the unit, as I hadn’t been instructed as to how the place operated, my removalists were left in the dark at 5 pm on the dot not being able to see to finish the job! They had not advised me that the place will shut down after one hour of moving time! I am very unhappy with the company their staff and their arrangements. They have even sent another invoice wanting the monthly payment earlier!
I’ve not been made to feel like the enemy as a new client in any other business before. I’m looking for other options now.

Fiona is so nice understanding and patient and explaining everything and always very helpful. This is the 2nd time we have used storage king at southport with Fiona wouldn't go anywhere else.

The ladies at the office were nice friendly and pleasant. Nice and clean. No dramas, small discount as I paid upfront. Bought a moving blanket for my new SUV and glad I did comes in handy.
