Will I was needed place to store my tools and some other stuff because my car was full of them so every time when I was looking for something in my car was hard to find it that’s why I had to get a storage unit, my storage is small because expensive I can’t afford to get a bigger storage unit, so yeah I am happy with the storage king but in mane time I am looking for cheaper storage.

Could improve on maintenance, initially access door wouldn"t open. Lock mechanism hard to open.

First contact by phone was extremely friendly professional and helpful. My next contact was face to face, again extremely friendly helpful and professional. My access pin would not work. I contacted the emergency out of hours number and once again met with the same friendly helpful, nothing too much trouble. Issue resolved quickly. Such a pleasant experience all round.

The staff are very friendly
The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The place is clean and well looked after. Plenty of trolleys of all sizes available to use.
The only downside is that to use the keypad when accessing the loading bay, you have to get out of your car and walk around to the passenger side to put your code in. Not a great idea with Melbourne's weather.
Otherwise, very happy.
