Staff were very helpful and polite.

I've had a space at the Kambah location in Canberra for almost a year now, and recently my mother passed away and as such needed to hang on to the storage space a little longer than expected.

I have to say the staff there have been super accommodating and have gone out of their way to be pleseant, helpfully and understanding... However, the person who called me from their corporate coleections team different story alltogether. He was rude, abrupt, raised his voice at me and had the nerve to tell me I wasn't a paying customer despite having been with them for almost a year. The issue isn't about whether they would get paid but simply a when, due to death certificates and probate taking longer than expected.

Being abnoxious and rude to people who have had a close family member pass away and are dealing with everything that comes with that, is unacceptable and disgusting behaviour especially when it is directly after I assured him a payment would be made within 7 days. Instead of helping to arrange things, payment plans etc this genius decided to have a go at me and tell me I was costing the company money... Disgusting, and something that I will be asking to speak to a manager about firstly, but also writing letters to both consumer affairs and human rights about.

I didn't even get to the part where the light sensors in that section of the facility aren't workimg so I keep having to stop in the dark and find my way back out to the hallway and down the corridor every 7 minutes or so to hit the switch and run back just to do it again 5 min later...

For the dip-stick on the phone, they shouldn't let u speak to the public at all mate, yr a point of contact between company and customer. U make the company look like it's run by scum bags when U speak to CUSTOMERS the way U do.

It's unacceptable, and there is no excuse for it. Yr dealing with people suffering mate specifically people who have suffered a loss... Learn some manners, some etiquette. At the very least when you call up and someone offers u a payment within a few days maybe that not the best time to get on yr high horse and have a go about how they affecting the COMPANY'S bottom line. Two words spring to mind. 1 is "ass" the other one rhymes with "hole".

2 stars, 1 for each of the helpful wonderful staff at the Kambah location. You guys are great keep up the good work, if not for u, it would be no stars at all.

The team at Storage King Fairfield are outstanding. They are professional, helpful with advice and very kind.

The biggest thing for us was safety. This storage centre is the safest we’ve found. Bonus is that it’s clean, easy to store our things, able to borrow trucks and trailers and the staff have been incredibly helpful. Highly recommended.
