Good quality, well insulated units. Great 24 hour access, drive up to the unit.
Any questions answered quickly and efficiently.

Would certainly do business again if I’d be looking for storage once more.

Had a great experience organising my storage unit with Jill. She made the process very easy. We were shown around and explained to what size would suit us best. She helped ensure we had everything we could need. I’m deaf and struggle to catch everything but Jill took her time to ensure I understood it all. Would 100% recommend this lovely lady!

I was very impressed with the facilities offered at storage vault East Kilbride branch, nothing was too much trouble. Stefini put me at ease straight away and was more than happy to answer all my questions.

The staff are Good . They explain everything to you. Whatever they have not done right they will apologies and correct. There is honesty and transparency. The office we have is the right size for our staff.

My first experience of your storage facility was on 08/12/2022 until present.
I was met by the lovely Jillian with a huge smile, a warm welcome & how could she help, for the clueless like me, she was & is an absolute DIAMOND 💎 of a person. Friendly, polite, extremely patient with all my queries & very helpful. Jill, as she prefers to be known..(I discovered quickly) is a fantastic front of house representative & Covault HQ can be reassured that she does the company proud. Jill follows up with calls, keeps her word & never ever sounds anything other than warm, welcoming & friendly & very knowledgeable as regards her duties/operating systems.

I have only had the pleasure of meeting Colin once, very recently & he overhead me stressing about not being able to get my padlock closed & jumped right in, with a huge smile & a chuckle & shot off to close it for me. Definitely goes above & beyond. They both do & CoVault is definitely in very capable hands with both of these sterling employees!

I can't speak highly enough of Michael at the Bishopbriggs site. Lots of great information over the phone and made the process of renting some space painless.

I had to take out a small storage recently due to family moves and circumstances.
I have before… a few years ago had to do the same. The experience was totally different! The setup was swift, stress free and easy with help from Deborah Alison and Jordan. All were so helpful on the phone and had shown me they had communicated well with each other as I spoke to them on different days.
My daughter who helped me move items to the unit was so impressed. She said it was safe.. on the ground level.. secure and even had trolleys to help you move items more with ease…. Which was a relief to us. We were very very impressed and happy with our decision to store at a time when we needed that help.

Chose Storage Vault Stirling after checking venue and several others. The units are spotlessly clean, the base platform and shared ventilation at top helped the units to stay damp free over winter months. Most of our home furniture was stored and my wife was delighted that nothing was damaged or impacted by damp.
Highly recommended and all the staff I dealt with (Abi, Andrew and Kenneth) were really helpful, providing clear quotes, good instructions and attentive service.
Would certainly use again, if necessary

Storage Vault in Edinburgh Newbridge was excellent. A real life saver for our House move. It is very clean, sturdy and well placed. It is also very secure and this was very reassuring for us. A very BIG THANK YOU to Kenneth and Andrew for their excellent service there too. They were always available and very friendly. Storage Vault is highly recommended by me and my family :)
