Easy access and reasonable pricing
In general, I was satisfied with performance of website in terms of e-commerce and e-ticketing. One thing I would recommend to improve is that e-commerce delivery: only one choice as "quick delivery" and delivery cost is high so appreciate if other options like normal delivery /lower cost available.

The good, the bad, the ugly.
Overall happy with the puchase. Shipping was ridiculously expensive. Shipping to US cost almost as much as the item. No real options to choose from as far as shipping, one rate fits all.

Birthday coupon failure
The items I bought where fantastic and although it was international delivery the items came the following day so fantastic.
However I did have a coupon which was of €20 that did not function i tried it several times. I e-mailed the customer service several times but kept on getting failure to cover replies.

Very late delivery
We ordered the shirt with balloons too to be sent express delivery and it took 2 weeks !! This was disappointing because the shirt was for a teacher that was leaving my sons school and a few of the kids wanted to present it too him.. I did point this out and I was offered £10 of my next order !! Cheers 😡
