the shipping cost increased as you purchased also 4 plates (voluminous and heavy package).
The collections for sale are adidas or fashion / no adidas: you chose items of the second one.

My Milan Store experience.
To be completely honest, i love the online store its fantastic and i wish i can buy more but the biggest hurdle is the shipping cost which can go up to 35 euros to deliver to dubai. It only makes sense if a buy in bulks but my cash flow doesn't allow such payments and it doesnt make sense to buy one thing if im paying nearly 25% of the value to shipping.
A message to the management, please bring back breida and leonardo and if its possible in the future, luciano moggi :)

I had difficulties with the payment of my credit card; there has to be a main problem with your payment process. There should be also express delivery.

Late sending
I have some troubles with a late sending. Because of the holiday period the communication was not so good. After MilanStore come with a good solution. My advice is to stop to work with UPS, or to put express delivery away from the site. Thank you Milanstore for the solution.

Unusual sizes and exaggerated shipping rates
After receiving the product, I sent it back in order to get a larger size. After 3 weeks, they informed me - after I'd sent them a mail - that I should first repay the shipping (another 12€) to get a new item. The product was again too small even though I bought 4 sizes larger than usual.

we processed the goods’ replacement as soon as we sorted out the returned package.
As stated in the website’s sale conditions, the returning cost will be paid by the customer.
You originally purchased a 4 years size and then you asked a 6 years size in replacement, the biggest one available. So, it was just 2 sizes larger, not 4.
Online there’s a detailed size chart, useful for checking the measures.
