Everything great.

I rate it as very positive. Quite fast shipment. I used free delivery promotion. In fact if not promotion, delivery price is the only thing that I would rate as average. Standard shipment to Germany is like 12 euro and Poland - 20 euro, Why so much difference? We're neighbours, both in EU, I don't get it. Despite that the rate for my order from online Milanstore - great, 5 stars.

Very good product

I am very thrilled about the watch I bought, my boyfriend loved it.
The only complaint I have, is that the courier company is not so good,
I received my product after 10 days I have order it. they lost it another country and so on...it was not very nice..but finally it arrived in good condition.

Great shop

Im always enjoy buying from milanstore. Great prices and stuff. One thing what Im never happy it is delivery- 12 euro for clothes and 48 euro for larger intems to UK? Thats a lot. But im still buying- why? becouse love is blind and I dont care how much I must pay

Overpriced shipping

Love the products but shipping from Italy to Australia is outrageous. The products in the Asia store are not the same so I have to get them from the Italian store.

FAST

Bought a cover for my samsung tab and i accidentally typed in the wrong address for shipping. i emailed them and tried calling about it and within minutes i got a response that my order has been redirected to the right address. the shipment was fast and i got a message every time my order has been move to a different location and the actual time when will i have my order.
got my order earlier than my estimated time.

Customer service reply

Here is another unprofessional reply.. What is the rule? The customer can't choose,, what rule is this ? What about the reply that the item is picked randomly from the warehouse? even after I asked if I ordered a specific color still I can't be served ? What after I replied that customer can't but customer can't choose ? Did anyone reply back? NO!
Anyways ... You have a lost a customer because of a 4.5 euros item plus the poor customer service.
