Customer Service 10/10

Okay, I like Arktis kit and always have. It is very well made even at the cheaper end of their product range.
What moved me to write this was a phone call I received from their dispatch department after I'd ordered a shirt. Like a nugget I didn't notice I had ordered an extra small (which I am not!) and the call was to check that this wasn't a mistake, based on my previous purchases. This saved time and grief all round and represents the attention to detail you see in what they sell.
