Have taken my money but haven't delivered my items

What a terrible website/service. I ordered something in November for my daughter's Christmas present. They took the money from my account but Christmas has been and gone and the items haven't arrived. They have ignored every email I've sent and there's no number to call! I will be requesting a refund if they don't reply to my last email. Avoid at all costs!!

Terrible service

I ordered the Halley’s comet hoodie form here back in August 2021. It is now December 2021 and I still don’t even have an expected shipping date. The customer service is terrible. Every month that I have emailed them, they have given me an estimated shipping date for that month and it has never shipped. I considered cancelling the order, but didn’t because I was so excited about the march. I think I have reached the point where I’m just going to ask for my refund. Its ridiculous, and before I found this website I was questioning if I was the only one with this experience. Unfortunately, I am happy to see that everyone had the same experience with this site as well.

Ordered on 11/17/21 and nothing as of today 12/23/21…

Ordered on 11/17/21 Christmas gifts for two huge Billie fans.
The FEDEX number provided is incorrect and the USPS shipping number linked to my email confirmation status remains “in process.” For as overpriced as this stuff is, it’s ridiculous to have this kind of shipping misinformation and delays. Wish I would have read these reviews before ordering $140 worth of merchandise I may or may not see. Save your time. Don’t order here.

Update: the items arrived on 12/29/21, a whole 42 days from date of order.

Failure to Ship Ordered Items, Terrible Customer Service

I placed an order 11/4/2021 for two items intended as a Christmas gift for my daughter. No confirmation, no nothing. I did note an order number. I finally started contacting them in late November through today. Same reply each time. "We're currently working on obtaining an updated shipping estimate for you." I am considering opening a dispute with the credit card company. Avoid purchasing from them. They are awful.

Order not sent

In Uk. Order not sent out and no way of checking when it will be sent. Emailed twice and no response. No phone number to contact customer services. If I had realised there was no way of contacting by phone, I would never had ordered from them, very poor customer service practice.

Always months behind

Always months behind. Ordered an ornament on November 5th, said it would be shipped by December 10th, they are now telling me February! Not to mention highly overpriced merchandise.

Absolutely Terrible quality! DO NOT BUY!

I ordered the Basics collection - With you hoodie and the quality is absolutely horrendous. I have never paid such a premium price for such a terrible product. I recommend you do not purchase this hoodie. It is extremely thin and the inside is rough as sandpaper. You can get a better hoodie than this for $20. I will NEVER purchase anything from her store again. I feel I was scammed out of my almost $100 for a horrible product. DON'T BUY IT!

First time buyer and they messed up my order

New Billie fan, satisfied with 1/3 items I ordered, the mask is definitely not a good size for men, or anyone who isn’t petite, but my main issue? I ORDERED HER CD AND THEY SENT ME A VYNIL RECORD!!! will NOT be shopping again.

I just spent 80$ on Billie eilish stuff…

I just spent 80$ on Billie eilish stuff for myself because it was gonna be my birthday present. I thought the website was acting weird when it wasn’t loading acouple times but when i finally put it in my cart and paid for it I went to check my gmail and it said something about untrustful email and site. So I was like oh no I messed up. And I check my bank on my ohone and only 78$ was taken out not the whole thing. So I looked back at the website and you can’t “refund” and can’t make an account. It doesn’t have a real copy right or and kinda thing like that. I just cried because of this. Not happy.

Terrible Customer Service, Garbage Return Policy

I had purchased a 2XL hoodie for $88. It fits like a medium. Once I had asked for a return, the shop told me I had to 1. Pay for shipping myself and 2. Could only return items that had not been worn. How else am I supposed to know that clothes I order online fit?

I’ve order my sweatpants that were limited edition in December as a birthday for myself and it’s now May and still no merch! It’s getting frustrating for waiting on something I’ve spent money on. I should be snake to get the merch and a full refund for waiting so long.

Horrible place to get any Billie elish…

Horrible place to get any Billie elish merch...ordered back in October, still nothing! Very little to if any explanation of why they can't send the product! Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering! My dtr still has hope, but have lost faith I will ever see the sweatshirt I bought for her!

over 3 months, still no merch or refund.

I ordered limited edition merch in mid October, being abroad I didn't expect shipping to be quick but I realised late December I had received nothing, not even an email. I reached out and they said there had been delays but they would contact me again soon and I have heard nothing for a month now. Starting to think I am never going to get my merch, and international shipping wasn't cheap either!!

This is my worst experience

This is my worst experience with online shop so far. I ordered a T-shirt in October and received zero informations about my delivery. I wrote them two emails asking about my delivery status since then and got nothing in return. They got my money and now I don't even have hope for them to return my money or to actually receive what I ordered.

Still no contact, but I did receive my product

To my surprise: It took nearly two months, but today my parcel arrived. Still no reply to any of my emails, but very happy I got what I what I ordered.

Earlier I wrote: No product and no answer on any of my emails. Reading all of the stories below, I fear my money is gone too. It should have been a great surprise for my daughter, instead it's one big disappointment. I will not shop here again, or at least use my credit card, so you can get your money back.
