Wrong item arrived
Wrong item arrived. Told could not exchange as it was custom. The item was not customised as it was sold with a print in the back and did not state it was non refundable in website description. Complained about this but customer services not interested in any of this. Including screen shots of website.
Poor customer service and now wasted £50 on an item my child can’t use or return for credit. Poor, poor customer service

My 10% member discount was not applied at checkout. This was for a 26/27 Chelsea stadium shirt which after just renewing my true blue membership only a couple of days ago for the umpteenth time. This is supposed to be one of the membership benefits even though a basic stadium shirt has gone up again to £90 plus p&p even though I've been a Chelsea fan for 54 years. Not feeling much appreciation by my club.

I wanted to check after purchase when tickets would upload to app & received a reply next morning clarifying.

I have loved Chelsea since I arrived…
I have loved Chelsea since I arrived from Canada 41 years ago. I was happy with the way it was run until it was bought - I dislike the way it’s run (more Americanised than ever that is not compatible with football as it was - next there’ll be cheerleaders!). I will always support Chelsea, but hate the way it’s run!
