I ordered my product nov 16 and didn’t notice the spare parts were on back order. I reached out and those spare parts were again back ordered until dec 9. I requested a refund on the spare parts and was told “we’re sorry we gave you the wrong back ordered information and in fact it was the color vape I wanted. This is expected to be in stock mid week or next week. Or you can choose another color.” In which I went on the website and my color is NOT on back order they are just holding things up to avoid refund.
Shipping says 3-5 days but in reality it should say 1-2 months. Absurd behavior for a professional company. Will NEVER buy from this company again.
Oh and don’t get me started on the china based customer service that USA people have to wait 12 hours for any response. Neglectful is putting is softly.

I placed an order without understanding that I was placing a pre order order. I waited a long time and then sent an email and when I got a answer that was when I was informed that the pink one I wanted wasn't "Approved" but I could get a different color and get my order sooner along with a coupon. I ended up getting a different color but i was disappointed because when I originally ordered the pink one i didn't see where it said it was a pre order item or i wouldn't have ordered it till it was available. Got the Aqua one instead but I still want the pink one.

The customer service team was very gracious and understanding. Very fast responses and helpful. My package got stuck in the mail system and they waited for updates and was patient about even offered a refund if the mail service did not complete the delivery

I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by this company. It took an astonishing two months for me to receive my package, and the only reason I even got it was because I had to constantly reach out to their customer service.
It's completely unacceptable that I had to wait for so long without any proactive communication from the company. I expected better from a professional organization. The lack of communication and delayed delivery left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced.
I strongly advise others to think twice before considering this company for their shopping needs. There are plenty of other reliable options available that value their customers and provide timely service.
I hope my review serves as a wake-up call for the company to improve its practices and prioritize customer satisfaction.

I rate my experience as a 4 just because I'm happy I have it now and there’s nothing wrong with it but I did have to pre order and wait for a whole month and half which sucks cause it's just a vape!!
