When I ordered the tanks it did not state that they were on backorder. So it took about 2 1/2 weeks to get my order.

It's not your product, it's your business model that depends on "just in timing" everything from China. It took 2 months for my order to get here. 2 months. I don't care what problems are going, china celebrating their new year, or whatever. The fact is you continuously failed me and I suspect many of your other customers. This will be the last you hear from me as, I am no longer your customer. Good bye!

Called them to find a glass replacement tank for a vape. The lady said she answered the phone for a few vape companies. We gave her the model number of the vape. She told us what to order. We got it, it was wrong. Of course you can't return something open. We wrote to them, they offered us 10% back. I wrote an explained that I didn't just pick something off of their website. The lady that answers their phone told us what to order. They argued with me in at least 2 emails and told me that I ordered the wrong item and it was my fault. They referred me to their "You can't return if it is open" policy. Well guy, whoever is writing me these rude emails. Let me just tell the world not to order from someone who doesn't stand behind their products or the service that is given when you call. I told them I didn't pick this item. The person told me this was the correct tank for my vape. If the person answering the phone doesn't give out the correct info, then is that my fault? Update - Their response is laughable, they wrote to me and said I purchased the wrong product. How would they know? They don't even know what I bought it for, I never told them except in my initial conversation with the customer service rep. Their emails to me were rude at best and they kept telling me I purchased the wrong item. NO I didn't. I ended throwing the part away because they only offered me 10% back. I will never use their website again.

Order was sent in two parts. Second package arrived before the first and was shipped after the first. The first part was delayed about two weeks and sat in Memphis the entire time. Shipping was a disaster for the first part of my package but did arrive undamaged. Will not purchase from the Company ever again

My order before Christmas was seized by the postal service for fraudulent postage. I couldn't get a refund from their package protection service. What's the point of that service then?

My order got seized by usps. For fraudulant postage had to wait and it never got to be delivered. Had to refund my money for the order but did not refund shipping and tax.
