I input the incorrect shipping address, and with very deft actions by Geekvape, and their emplyees, a new, and correct, shipping label was made, placed on my package, and sent to me. I cannot say how amazing it was for Geekvape to do this for me! While I did catch my error, it was all Geekvape that caught the package and relabeled it before it shipped out. Fantastic work.

Love the product but the turn around time is way too long. It said 1-5 working days to get my order shipped and it’s been way over that. Today makes 8 working days and the order still hasn’t reached the post office.

One item made my whole order delayed for about a month now, they didn't even offer me faster shipping nor a discount very poor customer service, and they also took forever to reply to my email, they never emailed me about any delays or back order.

Preordered a battery and it came ahead of schedule. I asked support if it could be expedited and they were quick to respond and kept in touch up until I received it and even asked me to verify everything was in the box before signing off, thats good customer service that cares.

It kicked the can today. Just tossed it in the trash. Tank works as it should but the mod went bad. The 65 watt setting is not what its putting out. It fried 2 coils before I tossed it. I have always had great luck with my Geek vape mods. But the news are just not the same quality. Went back to an older model Aegis.

They made my situation right and sent me a replacement device with no problems. I wish you could at least get the same color mod you had that was defected instead of a random color. I needed up with rainbow, the one color I absolutely didn’t want. A local vape store swapped it out for the color I wanted so props to that vape store.
It's really one amazing company; I've been buying through Geekvape for years and have never had any issues.

I ordered e-cig mod. and only relieved the bottom door. I went back to page I ordered from and it was the complete mod not just the bottom door.
