Clear and to the point. Good products, which arrived without issues. Prompt shipping after the received bank transfer. One star less than maximum not because anything was not in order but there was no contact with any person at all, which for some may be preferable but I'd still like to communicate with a specific person. But I am probably getting old.. recommended

I bought a sony v1s from the store, they send me a defective product (I have a test video as proof). I asked for a replacement or refund, so as they are unable to find the cause of the issue they told me that they treat this as a regular consumer return (and i have to pay for the return). So if you have a defective product BE AWARE, 25 euros fees return and no replacement. Last time for me, worst customer experience so far.

Edit after the answer from godox: I bought the same product from a local reseller, and i test it on my camera, result: it WORKS PERFECTLY fine, so the product from godox was defective and i don't know how they test the product or if they test the same product, be careful don't buy directly from the store!!!

Godox TT350s works with Sony A7iv. However, camera does not recognize flash (even when in TTL) so manual setting required: focal length on flash and AV/TV on camera. Have tried but not managed to upgrade firmware at Godox online, maybe upgrade would sort auto issue. Any tips? Still, good value for money when comparing to OEM flash.

Good quality and good value equipment, as expected from Godox.

My main reason for not giving 5 stars is that shipping via UPS took nearly 2 weeks to deliver to Ireland.
Also, the store did not have stock of popular items.

Outer packaging looked a bit DIY, but was well taped up, and it's probably better for the planet if they are reusing/recycling used boxes for shipping orders.

Reliable. 1 week to Sweden is ok. The stuff I received was of good quality. There was no damage to the content but perhaps the packing could have been a little bit more than just a cardboard box with the items directlly inside.
I ordered the umbrella type softbox 95cm. A %^&$ to get the sprouts into the various guides at the same time but once they are all going through their correct loops the result is very satisfying.
