I had an issue with a newly received tablet, but everything was resolved quickly and nicely, with support representative Jane being extremely helpful and courteous.
I needed an invoice addressed to my company and the support crew readily helped out and gave me a custom invoice. All issues were resolved in time and the support personnel was very polite.

My Huion Kamvas was going sleep either by timing out or pressing the power button but the screen would not wake up. When I had this issue and reached out to tech support I was skeptical about getting a reply in a timely manner as well as a proper solution. I was wrong. Not only did Esther from Huion Customer Service Team get back to me in a reasonable timeframe they were also able to resolve my issue! Timely response, great communication, and fixed my problem. Very satisfied with my Kamvas and tech support. Thanks.

I’d only had my tablet for just over a year and the screen was starting to fail but they still honored the warranty and are sending me a new one. The customer service was top notch and Jane was literally the best!

When everything was said and done, the support team from Huion was very helpful with getting me the items that I was missing from my order.
I really have to commend their patience with some technical difficulties we were experiencing in e-mails. For some reason, one email provider I was using wasn't allowing me to see their replies, but they hung on until I was able to get that fixed.
I feel I am insistent for a response to clarify the delay everywhere! This is my first time buying from the official website of huion, I bought a kamvas 13 around the 3rd of March. On the 7th it got to México and cleared customs on the 9th. Since then there hasn't been any other updates on the tracking! I've sent an email to support and they said they've contacted the courier company, on the 18th, and haven't gotten a response yet despite them urging. I've also sent one to the carrier from China and my local carrier but nothing.
No doubts regarding the HQ of the products.
I wish to underline they have a super efficient service office. They reply quickly and solve the issues.

Their customer service representative spent a very long time to just respond to an email. They did not communicate effectively and kept going in circles attempting to delay a replacement of a device over and over and over again. My device has a simple issue and just needs to be replaced, however they have yet to do this and still keep delaying. It has been almost 4 MONTHS of trying and yet, nothing. Completely unprofessional and entirely unacceptable. This was supposed to be my birthday gift, and I have yet to even be able to use the damn thing.

After a recent update, my computer wouldn't go into sleep mode properly. I contacted Huion & after a very brief delay they were able to get back to me with the exact fix to my issue. As someone who's preference is tablet computers & who's worked with multiple different brands for work, Huion's Kamvas Studio 16" has been the best experience experience so far!
