Surprised of a quick reply and a genuine effort to solve my issue
That awful thing happened to me.
When you're drawing and suddenly the screen goes black. But it definitely got worse when the powder adapter wouldn’t switch back on either. The next day it did, however the screen remained black. So I unplugged and replugged in the machine and it shorted. Spark, flame, smoke, the whole cinematic episode. I was still very much in warranty, which was good because this machine cost me a years patreon income and I absolutely could not afford another.
I emailed Huion and though their replies were slower than I felt totally at ease with (I appreciate that it was on account of a high ticket count), and some of the automated responses were not helpful or relevant, they did actually respect my warranty, shortly after explaining I possibly put the cord in wrong, which is very possible but doesn’t explain why the tablet wasn’t switching on beforehand. However I am not complaining, I’m actually hugely grateful. The Kamvas Studio 24 is the most expensive piece of kit that Huion makes (well worth it, it’s a great piece of equipment) and still they sent me a brand new one for only the price of postage.
It was a huge investment for me to not only get the Huion Kamvas Studio 24, but to make the switch over from Wacom, and even now I don’t regret it. Actually, especially now. Genuinely thank you Huion for resolving this for me, you have saved me in a big way.
I had a serious compatibility issue between my Huion graphic tablet, and the latest version of Adobe Photoshop.
I had made several reseaches online, but no proposed solutions were working. As an artist, this issue was preventing me from drawing comics or my music album covers, so this was a really stressful situation.
I contacted Huion. First of all, I got a quick reply explaining that there was a high number of requests in progress, and there would perhaps be a delay in the reply.
But the very next day, one of them (Jane) contacted me with a solution adapted to my Graphic Tablet model as well as to my version of Photoshop. The solution was easy to understand and with screenshots.
And it worked !!! :) It was such a relief ! :-)
It's rare to find a company where the customer service is both competent, and kind & patient. I really recommand it.

A tablet I bought had some technical difficulties, so I called them. They got back to me soon enough and helped me get a replacement. I was surprised at how quick the delivery was too.

Very timely and detailed responses, some of the best that I've had! Huion (Jane) helped me resolve my issue with my Kamvas 24 Pro where the pen would disconnect every 2-3 seconds on loop, making it extremely difficult to use. The issue ended up being conflicting drivers, which was something that I would've never thought to even check. She guided me on how to resolve the conflict and prevent it from happening again in the future, super helpful!
I got a delayed response, but nothing too long, and after that, I was guided on how to solve my problem in no time
Having received a faulty unit out of the box, Huion (Jane in particular) was able to quickly diagnose and identify that the unit was indeed DOA. Jane helped process a replacement order, was polite and helpful throughout, and also sympathetic to my frustrations. Great customer service such as this really does help ease the pain of having to arrange replacements or try and resolve issues.
I had issues with Huion driver version 15 not recognising my Kamvas 22. This is a hot topic online and, weirdly, Huion hasn't fixed it yet. I heard from my friends and social media that Huion customer care is pathetic regarding responses. But to my surprise, I was getting responses even though late and asking me to repeat the procedure again and again. Most people nowadays won't have the patience to go through with it.
I got a bit annoyed when I got the same email to repeat the procedure. Finally, an online forum suggested that the v14 driver is the way to go and I checked it with them. They sent me a path to the driver and voila! it worked again. The whole saga took more than 3 weeks. So if you are going to contact Huion for something, make sure you have ample time on your hands. I think they should have links in their site for all driver versions

I recieved the Huion Kamvas Studio 16 as a gift, and after ~9 months, it wouldn't charge as fast, and the battery would deplete quickly. Then the battery started to charge inconsistently, it got stuck at the same low % for weeks, and eventually it got to a point where I couldn't keep the tablet unplugged or it would shut off completely and go back to 0%. It was still usable, but I was concerned that if this kept going that the tablet might just stop working completely.
Huion's service department was been incredibly helpful, professional, kind, and understanding. Because it was a gift, I didn't have all the information needed to apply for the warranty initially, but they were patient with me as I looked for it. They asked questions about what was going on so that they can better understand the problem, too. At first, they tried to see if changing the power adapter would work, but when it didn't and I informed them of the additional issues, they sent me the replacement (with tracking) after I sent mine back. I only needed to pay for shipping for the adapter and the replacement, as per warranty. The overall process took a few months, but I understand wanting to see if a simple solution works first and that the agent probably needed to communicate with other departments or teams to resolve this issue. I'm sure that they had a great number of other customers to assist with as well. I could still use my tablet, and the replacement was delivered quicker than I expected, so I didn't mind at all!
Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the experience and felt that the agent genuinely wanted to help solve my problems. Thank you again to the the agent that helped me and the teams and other departments that were involved! I absolutely love this computer tablet, and it has really improved my ability to work efficiently so I would recommend it!
