I had a AtomMan G7 PT which worked well as a mini gaming station until it broke down recently after one and a half years. After contacting Minisforum they agreed to send me a replacement of their latest line, effectively giving me a free upgrade (though I'd need to purchase ssd for it separately myself). It did involve some back-and-forth and waiting time, but overall I think they have been pretty generous with their support!

Yuki proactively monitored the shipping status of my replacement unit and contacted me immediately when there was a delivery issue with the local Austrian Post. I have rarely experienced such a proactive, caring, and dedicated customer service from any PC manufacturer.

Der RMA-Prozess (Austausch) verlief unglaublich reibungslos, unkompliziert und schnell. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Yuki vom Support-Team! Yuki hat von sich aus den Sendungsstatus meines Austauschgeräts überwacht und mich sofort kontaktiert, als es ein Zustellproblem mit der österreichischen Post gab. Einen so proaktiven und engagierten Kundenservice habe ich bei einem PC-Hersteller bisher wirklich selten erlebt.

Have a number of Minisforum MS-01’s in my home lab. At some point one failed and would no longer boot. After some back and forth with support they concluded it had indeed died. They had me ship the device to their German depot, and shipped me a replacement. While the process did take a bit longer than I hoped, all in all it was a smooth process and support was very responsive and friendly.

I've ordered a BD790i and after a year and half the SSD fan started to fail. I've contacted the customer support via email(the webform is kinda wonky so I emailed directly), and they sent me a replacement SSD cover with the fan free of charge, very engaging and helpful customer service, I really appreciate their dedicated work.

Bought a refurbished AtomMan G7 Pt that had a motherboard-level power delivery fault - random hard shutdowns, even during MemTest86 in UEFI. The RMA process required persistence: repeated diagnostics, a PSU replacement that didn't help.
However, once the case got proper attention, Helen from EU support handled it professionally - approved the RMA, confirmed receipt promptly, and shipped a working replacement within days. The replacement unit works flawlessly.
Bottom line: the product quality control on refurbished units could be better. But they do stand behind their warranty and ultimately resolve the issue. Fair outcome.

**Powerful NAS hardware with great potential – support improving**
I’ve been running the Minisforum N5 NAS for a while now, and overall I’m really impressed with the hardware. It’s a compact, capable system that performs well and makes a solid foundation for a home lab or NAS setup.
Performance has been excellent, and once configured, it handles workloads reliably without issue. It’s clear a lot of thought has gone into the design and capability of the unit.
That said, my early experience wasn’t completely smooth. The initial BIOS version caused some stability issues, and obtaining updates specifically for the N5 NAS was more difficult than it should have been. It wasn’t always clear where to get the correct firmware or how frequently updates were being maintained.
However, once those hurdles were addressed, the system settled down and has been running well since.
For anyone comfortable working through a bit of initial setup and troubleshooting, this is a very capable piece of kit. With clearer access to BIOS/firmware updates and more streamlined support, it would be close to perfect.
Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase and would recommend it, especially for more technical users.

Product is great. You can run Copilot to check the configuration and it will confirm that this is a very advanced unit. Enough connections, handy Coplit button. Delivery took unusually long but once Minisforum contacted the delivery company, shipping was quick.

I have a long experience in buying custom build computer. I choose MinisForum this time after studying the market very well. The performance is top notch, until it failed to power up after 9 months of purchase. The third party extended warranty failed to help, but the factory warranty jumped in and saved the day.
I hope that the minis forum retail web site may provide a factory extended warranty rather than a third party extended warranty.

Minisforum was able to ship a UM890 pro for me direct from Taiwan. The whole process worked perfectly, customer support (Tina) , was very helpful. Initially the order was to be shipped after a few weeks, but Tina helped ship it within a week since i needed the machine urgently. FedEx tracking and delivery was efficient.
All in all a great experience and I am very happy with the product.

I ordered a DEG2 Thunderbolt 5 Dock on 25 March. Although it only arrived on 22 April due to Minisforum releasing a new hardware revision and the German Easter holidays, their customer service more than made up for the shipping time. They have great response times and are genuinely helpful, which sadly isn't always the case. The product itself works just as expected and is really well built. My current setup consists of an X9-15p connected to a DEG2 equipped with an RTX 3080 Ti Founders Edition and a Corsair SF850L PSU. Overall, I would say that the price was worth the wait, as it does exactly what I want and just works.

I bought an UM690 in mid-2023.
At first, the computer was decent, however after 4-5 months of not so intense use, I started to have issues with booting.
The computer would not boot, and I would need to unplug all peripherals and unload the internal battery, as per advised by the support of Minisforum.
After 4 back and forth repairs in the span of 3 years (had to return it to hongkong and to pay for the repairs btw), Minisforum tells me they cannot support me anymore because the model is discontinued, even though they admitted the motherboard was defective.
I am now opening a case with my lawyer for wrongdoing. Stay away from this company and its products at all costs !

An amazing piece of technology for a great price. I bought the Minisforum AtomMan G1 Pro.
What can I say it has a full fat PC power supply a desktop slimline RTX 5060, 32 gigabytes of SODIMM DDR5 and a 1TB SSD with an empty slot for another with a spare heatsink in case you do upgrade. The RAM and SSD are upgradable the PSU and GPU are fixed but it was a breeze to setup windows 11 PRO included on disk and I then moved over to BAZZITE Linux with Steam big picture mode as this is now my replacement for the delayed steam machine. Drivers not an issue and it's just like owning a console. It's super lightweight and is half the size of my PS5 which it's going to sit next to. It has 3 USB 3 and 2 USB C ports which I found to be plenty. It also has 1 HDMI and 3 display ports on the gfx card and the instructions state not to use the HDMI on the motherboard and my PC has a rubber bung to keep dust out. Lovely airflow and fans have been silent. The WiFi card is WiFi 7 and with my router and 1 Gigabyte FTTP I am getting over 800 megabits per second downloading games drom Steam.
Customer service has been excellent with Rachel emailing me very fast sorting out an issue with me not putting my £10 coupon in and from ordering to delivery was 4 working days in the UK. Superb machine and company 5 stars.
Will use them again.
