Great books
Great books. Easy to follow and written in layman terms. Happy to have them as guides for my rentals. Always refer them to friends with property. I have both the property tenant and landlord copies so I can understand both sides as best as possible. Thanks for a great product.

Much Harder than Nolo presents
I liked the Records book a lot. I didn't like that there was very little help from customer service. I am still struggling to get our non-profit established, with many strange State forms to obtain and fill out, etc. Not worth the "Premiere" price, you can buy that book for less. Very disappointed.

Satisfied with my purchase

NOLO is the best!
The best things are the annotated instructions of how to fill out the form, with examples. The ease of filling out the form online and then saving it for printing is great too. And the accompanying instructions of what to do with the form afterward is something most other form services don't offer. Thanks! Sallie

It was easy to follow, very clear and precise. The only thing I would change is would be how to delete the footers and everything that should not be on the will. Such as underlines he/sh, him/her etc.
