I started a chat with your customer support person or robot. The I stated the following question:

I have created a draft of a Living Trust by using WillMaker & Trust 2023.
This trust holds only one property currently owned by me and my wife as community property with right of survivorship, and I and my wife are co-trustees of the living trust. Part 10. Death of a Grantor of this trust is complex since it creates subtrusts as shown below. Is it possible to make Part 10 without creating subtrusts as shown by Part 10 Death of Grantor (without subtrusts)?

Part 10. Beneficiaries (without subtrusts)
When the deceased grantor passes away, the surviving grantor becomes the sole trustee of the trust property.
When the surviving grantor passes away, the successor trustee, that property shall be given to Michko Minoura and Yoko Minoura on equal terms.
If Michiko Minoura or Yoko Minoura dies before the death of the surviving grantor, the property shall be given to to the surviving beneficiary.

Then I was asked whether I am asking for a lawyer's support or not. When I said "Not now". I was told that the chat is used only to introduce a lawyer", and the chat was abruptly terminated. I created living trust by using a Noro program in 2016 for another property. That living trust is working well now.
I felt Nolo has changed.

Good product; problematic mechanics in opening and installing.
The product, itself, is good. The problem I had is that when I save an unfinished file, I could not open it by double clicking on the file (a standard way of opening a file). I had to call customer support and learned that it had to be opened from the file menu.
